Eriksen has now spoken about his future, and he’s confirmed he’s got multiple options. “I have different offers and options, which we are considering, and then we make a decision. I would love to play Champions League football again. I know how much fun it is, but it isn’t essential for me,”

We miss him badly, oozes class, pinging balls left right and center against Everton at the moment

I interpret this as

‘If spurs qualify for champions league I’ll join them, if not I’ll stay at brentford’

I think he'll join us regardless. Think he's just being respectfull by saying he's considering the other offers. He might be pushing for a better deal at the same time.

Hopefully he'll join us anyway. Even Europa League is a big step up from Brentford and I think he'll stay in England. Even if we finish 5th, I can't see him joining Arsenal / Chelsea / Man City / Liverpool and Man United would seem a bigger gamble than us if future CL / silverware prospects are his main driver.
