The first touches and instinctive off the ball running for that second goal were brilliant. If that is a sign of things to come then I simply can't wait

Watched the game and I have to say I impressed with Lennon and I think (willing to accept I'm wrong) I know why.

Lennon developed a reputation as the best, or one of, defensive winger in the league with both avb and Sherwood abusing that fact. It seems to me poch has thought 'sod that' and taken the shackles off him. He can press and defend high but it appears his role is to be direct and effective higher up the pitch which I for one am very happy to see. Never know, we could see the old Lennon which would be an unbelievable bonus.

Was impressed with Holtby again, really like him.

Think bobby looks a much improved all round forward, seems happy to drop deep and get involved. He's got great technical ability and in my opinion underated in his link up play.

Quietly confident of a decent season, if nothing else I think I'll enjoy watching spurs and isn't that what it's all about?

Ok, Confession time. I saw "thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Aaron Lennon." and I was disappointied. Silly, I know.

Anyway, I watched the goals and was impressed by Lennon's running and dare is say it "power".

Let's hope he finally delivers on the promise of 5 years ago.

Have really liked the look of Ryan Mason in these last 2 games, cant say I knew much about him before but i've been impressed. I had written him off as he was 23 but have been pleasantly surprised. Has certainly taken his chance on this tour and will be interesting to see how Poch sees him now.

Holtby again star man for me, Mason played well but the supply from both wings again was woeful.

I am not sure quite what Poch has up his sleeve but in all three games the forwards were starved of service from the wings, and all too often were isolated.

Early days yet, but i see a lot of AVB's system out on the pitch.
