The game was so bad that I'm actually having trouble sleeping. I must be up for work in three hours.

The derby is a huge litmus test for us on Saturday.

Yep you’re right.

I am as fucked off as anyone but I just react when people use a few bad results to slag off years of progression. I get that improvement incites expectation but Spurs of old wouldn’t have got through the champions league group stage let alone gone 3 up against a flying Dortmund.

After United I thought we would finish 5th. And that would be shite but understandable given our injuries and Wembley etc.

So I’m incredibly proud of the team for the last two months. Don’t understand why others aren’t.

The whole not shooting thing I find bizarre. Not just tonight but generally with us.

Like, as a footballer isn’t shooting the best/most fun part of the game? Isn’t it often the hardest thing to get into a position to do, this making it even more desirable when you get the chance?

Don’t you ultimately just want to score as much as possible as a footballer at a very basic level?

Just fucking weird.

Serious question : did you actually watch the last two months?

We have been in massive trouble since United. You seem to want to shit on everything the squads done between then and the last two fucking games.

Which makes you a really fucking shit supporter.

Get it?

Funny ?

We take soooo long to get the ball forward. We could play with some width, but Poch seems wedded to a diamond. It's not working.

I do? To be clear, I couldn’t give a fuck if my use of ‘girl’ as a mild form of pejorative offends you or not. There are far more important things to worry about, like whether or not girls should be allowed to post on SC when on their period.
We’re all pissed off but that’s not a free pass to this kind of behaviour people. Try and keep it together.

We can't deny the doomsters
the woe is me
thrice woe brigade
their moment in the sun
and the eclipse could be total
if we lose to Arsenal

But bear up, third is still likely
and the next round of the CL.
I am temporarily very pissed off
but have not
given up all hope
yet.
Poor show all round last night
same as Burnley.

The death spiral can be reversed
with a spirited performance
at the weekend.

I walked in from a meeting just in time for Trippier's clinical finish. Sorry guys if this offends anyone, but I just stood and laughed. I love the club but honestly. It's irritating but there are bigger things in life. Games come and go, seasons come and go. Even managers and star players come and go. Life is too short and too fragile to get overly stressed about stuff like last night.

I keep telling myself that, too, but last night was beyond the pale. Usually Trippier just looks dopey when he makes his inevitable errors, but his face after sliding the ball past Lloris was a picture.

Have you been reading these posts? Apparently we're utterly shit. Have no heart. No desire. Don't care. No guts. Complete legends.

It's an accurate description of many of our supporters. Not an accurate description of this Pochettino side.

Being a shit **** supporter who jumps off at the first sign of trouble is NOT a sign of "passion". It's fucking gutless spineless "support".

Arsenal aren't going to beat us on Saturday. No way we're losing three on the bounce, jeez some of us need more faith.

PS I like Europa League. I think it's good. ?
