Charity Tournament - Can SC put a side together?

Hey all.

My friend is making a summer tournament supporting a local charity. It will be on the 2nd July at Rowley lane sports ground en5 3hw. Just wondering if anyone would like to bring down a team or if ftl would like to get together and bring a team down. If so the form below needs to be filled in by the 7th of April. After the forms are filled in invitations with pricing will go out. Think it's gonna be roughly 80 to 90 pound so about 8 pounds a player.
