Having now seen the videos posted earlier, I don't really blame Son nearly as much as I did during the match itself. Lerma gets off completely scot-free for BOTH a blatant and late shoulder barge into Son's chest AND and intentional and malicious stamp on Son's hand.

Yeah was about to post this. Can understand why it has happened. Not saying Sons reaction is right as raising your hands always runs the risks of a red but just dissapointed.

We were playing fairly well and we’ve just threw 3 points away today.[/QUOTE]

Well he got it wrong with Dier before. We can't blame the ref today, it's poor and this team has previous for imploding at this stage of the season
The ref affected the outcome of the game, he bottled the decisions he should of made and fucked up others. You can totally blame the ref.

I still can't believe that result! How can we continually shoot ourselves in the foot like this?

This has fair spoiled my birthday. :-(

Ahh good , others have seen this too . Sonny was mad because with the game dead he goes to pick up the ball and gets his hand kicked
by an idiot . Sonny then just pushes him and that idiot goes down like he's shot .
The Foyth incident was stonewall red what a fucking fool .

Some here suggest that Lloris shoulda come for the corner for their goal . I'd cut him slack because there was an enormous bend on the corner . It started off heading way out and then bent inwards .

Why it is so impossible for our players to do such deadly corners is anyone's guess .

Our only real hope is that arsenal fail to win one of their last 2. I really dont see us beating Everton without son. Our team are also absolutely devastated and exhausted going into the semi final.

I honestly thought this sort of shit was in the past.

Should've known better.
That late goal let's United back in too

Not if your objective is to be negative about everyone and everything connected to the club.

Which, let's face it, Is in a death spiral and needs to be shuttered asap. If a team like Arsenal, Man Utd or Chelsea had had our difficulties they'd still have won the league at a canter. The disgrace is too much to bear.

1 goal in our last 5 games?. When we implode we don’t do it in half measures do we?
Going to be a very horrible and painful last couple of games. The players look physically and mentally shot to pieces.
Pochettino is even starting to look like he’s run out of ideas with this lot. The initial new stadium bounce has completely vanished and they look done.
No one to blame but ourselves.
Wholesale changes needed in the summer and maybe the next batch won’t be as Spursy as this lot.

Agree.

The glee in which some take on here after a loss is fucking pathetic, Spurs fans you say? You're having a laugh.

It’s not just us though. Sadly it’s part of the modern game/age where this shit is played up for laughs on arsenal tv, talk sport or twitter. Being angry or provocative is the thing apparently.

Then again fans have to pay 50-100 quid to see a game or pay 40quid a month through sky just to watch their teams and players earn more in a half a season most people do in their lives so I can see why their is a disconnect between fans and the game.

I know I shouldn't be upset, years of supporting Spurs should teach me otherwise and yet here I am still fuming.

I am proud of the 9 players who played in the second half. Gave everything and just came up short.

I know words will have been be said in the dressing room to the two players sent off, but the right attitude needed to be shown at half-time. We had 45 minutes to win the game and 45 not to lose it. Instead Foyth did what he did and left us with a mountain to climb.

We had to defend without Toby, Dier and Foryh, three players who would have been needed for that final corner.

The defending on that corner was shambolic and that had nothing to do with 9 players being on the field. That was training ground stuff and we needed to defend much better than we did.

We don't see out games well unless we are up a few goals and this was another game where we got it wrong at the wrong time.
A draw would have kept us going into the final game in third and only having to match other results to finish in the top four.

Be a Spurs supporter he said.

I think reaching the Champions League final would attract more players than another top four finish. Of course, I would love both. In fact I would just love a win at the moment!

What players?

How is it possible that some people still haven't cottoned on to the fact that we haven't bought a top player in years and all this talk of "attracting" players and "being able to pay better wages" is a complete nonsense - because the club has absolutely no intention of signing those players?

We've had the same message year after year about all the great players CL qualification will allow us to attract and pay for. We've qualified multiple times in a row and earned tens of millions through the tournament and we have bought the square route of fuck all - even after a World Cup in which most of our squad played, and with a squad which has had no refresh and no break from football whatsoever for TWO YEARS. Most of these players have played well over a hundred games in that time - they are physically and psychologically completely broken.

If we're not buying players under those circumstances what the hell makes you think things will change this summer?

Maybe we'll get that classic line about "facilities" and how players will "want to play in our new stadium" (like they give the slightest fuck) :ROFLMAO:

You're watching a sport, the moment you let the cash (money rules all) influence your thought process then what's the point?
