Neymar seems desperate to go back to Barca now.

What an idiot, I remember when he moved to PSG being astounded that he’d want to leave Barcelona for them in the first place, a waste of two years of his career.

If they got him would be interesting as they’ve just signed Griezemann who used to play left side although also has been deployed far more centrally in recent times.

Guess they could go Messi - Griezmann - Neymar with Suarez thrown in mix (although he’s getting on a bit now).

Messi is also getting on a bit but shows no signs of stopping! Wonder if he should be pushed out to right side though as has been good down centre.

I think they're mad bringing him back to be honest. Shadow of what he once was and his attitude/mentality is completely gone IMO

They'd be mad to bring him back even disregarding his ability completely. The kind of person he showed himself to be when he forced the move and the kind of people he keeps around him should be enough of a deterrent.

Exactly. If I were a manager I wouldn't want him anywhere near the dressing room.

But Messi is the de facto manager and he apparently wants Neymar back. Sod knows why. Apparently they're still friends.

They used to look so cute together too when Messi and Rivaldo... I mean Neymar... had matching blonde hair ??

Rakitic has actually become a bit of a hate figure at Barca, so yeah, you could say he's on the wane.

Why would they hate him?

I thought he’d been a key figure for them, dear Lordy the Spanish fans are awful!

Back when he was at Santos/just signed for Barca, Neymar had the world at his feet.

His fall from grace has been incredible, and in the future he'll be looked back on as a diver, a bit of a dickhead and for incest.

He was amazing at Santos...

Fuck me, Barca have lost a lot of talent. That's really poor business long term...

With poch’s spanish connections we should be trying to pick up some of their players. Although I guess lots of other clubs say the same thing. But if Dortmund can do it, why can’t we?
