And don't ever fucking pronounce it tot-ten-ham. It's tot-num.

Ps. Welcome to the Yid Army.

Unless your singing Tott en um, tott en um, tott en um. If you catch my drift
Have a good day and don't worry about being cool. Sing your heart out, piss in your pint glass and chuck it at the oppo fans like we do here, they love it! (just kidding in case you are that gullible)

Davids 6.
Name never a problem but the Kappa slimfit elastane that emphasises the spare tyre around my waist.

Had Assou-Ekotto, not many do, and I think the first game I wore it too was the Everton game he scored in. Remember at the time, I shouted 'hit it' then when he scored everyone was trying to celebrate with me and pointing at his name on the back haha.

Also had an experience at Bernabeu. Wore my Spurs shirt, and Modric scored a thunderbolt I cheered, and those that recognised it, started patting me on the back. Didn't know how to take that. Should have told em to do one, but I was basking in faux adulation

I think the bigger problem here is lack of player loyalty - so you buy a shirt with a player's name on it and within a year they've probably been sold... At least with NFL, the top end players tend to stay put a lot longer, and don't change their number when they feel like it! But I think that's also something to do with merchandising income being shared out across all teams evenly.

Funny you mention this. I've been a big fan of ALL sports for years, but never bought a personalized jersey in 38+ years for whatever reason.

A few years ago, I bought a Brandon Marshall Miami Dolphins jersey only for them to trade him like 3 weeks later. Then soon after that, I bought a Bale #11, and, well, you know what happened there, so I began to think I was cursing my teams.

I bought the Eriksen jersey very, very hesitantly. And the day after it arrived, he scored a brace (including a match winner), and I've held onto that shirt like a blessed artifact since.

etiquette? I think you can be forgiven for doing an aeroplane lap round the stadium shouting 'fakin yes!' after that one.
