We were 2-0 down so I started driving home from work. Almost crashed the car when the last goal went in

At home. Watching with an air of resignation. Had just put our little one to bed. So when Moura scored I couldn’t make a sound. The amount of fist pumping I then produced would have finished off Wilder, Fury and Joshua.... well that’s how it felt at that moment anyway!!!!!

I was the only Spurs fan in an Ajax pub just outside the centre of Amsterdam. I screamed then ran out into the Street jumping around and shouting my head off. Then I had a surreal moment where I thought 'did that actually happen?'. Ran back inside the pub, saw the players still celebrating and just sank to my knees and shed a little tear. Then straight back to my feet thinking - please don't fuck this up... We didn't fuck it up and I was soon on my way to Dam square for an epic night of celebration.

Ajax fans were top draw btw. Lots of congratulations and well wishes. Not sure I would've been so classy.

I switched off at 80mins and was doing a pee and heard the neighbours cheering and clapping and then rushed and turned the tv back on. I was still thinking that VAR would disallow it.

Watching with my 15 year old son. Streaming and casting and stream was a minutes behind. Got a notification on ny phone looked down without thinking to see we had scored. Bit my Tongue so that my son could get the experience of watching it go in. Ruined it slightly for me though being ready to see the shock and awe on my sons face as he turned to me more than made up for it.

Exact opposite of what happened to me when the Bartman game happened to the Cubs. I left work bc I thought I was safe, then Bartman happened on my way home. Nearly ran into a tree.

Let our 7 and 5 year old watch the first half. Resigned to defeat we put them to bed.

I still stood for the whole second half (something I do when watching us) because I thought one goal might make it interesting.

My wife was reading her kindle but even getting quite into it. 'we need one more chance' I told her.

It was like slow motion. Sissoko's hoof seemed to be in the air for eternity. When it went in I went mental. Breaking every parent rule and waking the kids up by screaming with joy.

Then I just stood motionless, hands over my mouth, tears rolling down my cheeks waiting for full time. At which point I was a mumbling mess just repeating 'i can't believe it. I can't believe it. I can't believe it'.

Every day since I've watched the winning goal...."here's Dele Alli.... here's Lucas Moura....OOOOHHHH THEY'VE DONE IT"

I was sat on the sofa at home, my wife had gone to bed at 2-2 and asked me not to wake our daughter. When Jan hit the bar I thought that was it. When Lucas scored I just couldn’t believe it, I jumped up & could hardly speak but managed to utter (I’m told I definitely shouted) “Oh my god, oh my god.......fuck....oh my God....we’ve done it!!...fuck... we’ve actually done it!! Oh my God!!” My wife text me to ask if I was crying and I just slumped to the floor still trying to get my head around what had happened. I been texting my Dad throughout the game and just sent him “Oh my God!!” he replied “what? My stream is slow”
“Lucas, hat trick, we’ve done it!!”
I then watched the final mins and celebrations in an almost stunned silence, only broken by intermittent hysterical laughing.
Think I went to bed about 2ish having watched the goals and reactions over and over and over

shut the sound off at half-time as we couldn’t listen to the stupid «experts» at half time.

Fist-bump at lucas’ first.
Loud celebration at the second.
Literally shaking the last 30 mins - tried to calm down with beer.

Huge screams, running, hugging at the third - and by then the 8th beer in 95 mins was consumed.

Screaming at the ref to blow The whistle.
Euforia is probably the best explaination of the next few minutes...

Was out of beer, so opened a bottle of vodka.
Fell asleep on the couch wathing higlights and reading the match thread.

Woken up by the kids and wife next morning - had then pied om myself... wife is considerate.

Went to work 4 hours too late. Stayed for 2 hours.
Went to a burgershop to celebrate... Then when I sat down the tears started flowing....

Watched it with my dad. When Vertonghen hit the bar I was going mad, complaining about our lack of luck/rub of the green.

When Lucas scored, it was mental.

Think I might of dry humpet the cat - dunno happened quickly, nothing new there I guess.

Watched it around my Dads with my brother the Liverpool fan.
Part of me didn't want us to win as I didnt want to face possibly losing to Liverpool but once the game started I couldnt help but want us to win. Stupid attitude but there it is.
We hardly ever win if I watch a game at my Dads so I usually avoid it.
I wore my third kit shirt, which we also hardly ever win when I wear it, but I thought fk it, its just superstitious nonsense.
We were moaning like fk through first half, slagging Trippier and Wanyama lol.
Then 2nd half started, we made those subs and it looked like we might do it.
When Verts missed I thought thats it. Close but no cigar.
Then the miracle happened I jumped up screaming fking get in there.
My Dad screamed 'Quiet you'll wake mum up' lol, which I had.
Watched post match interviews which was great, then we watched a film about Brian Clough until about 12.30.
My brother drove me home and we discussed the semi finals and how psychology plays such a massive part in sport, both Barca and Ajax believing the job was done.
I got home and watched more post match stuff on tv.
Went to bed about 2ish.
Woke up fking exhausted.
What a night.

Having just caught up reading this thread, I do wonder what the reaction will be if we do win the Champions League finals!

Like a lot I was by myself and somehow (as I have said on other threads) I thought we would do it even being 2-0 down. I was calm for the two goals we scored and was willing in the 3rd. My resolve broke when Verts headed against the bar. I started to celebrate on a good comeback performance by the boys, although we had not quite made it, then Lucas scored the 3rd! I jumped and started to clap even though I was by myself, and it was only minutes later that I reaslised I had tears running down my cheeks!

Went straight from my mums wake to same pub where watched the quarter final win, to watch with #DavidMatzdorf and partner, my brother and his best mate from Uni, who are both West Ham fans. Never lost hope for a moment and when Lucas scores I think it was a combination of shouting yes in a caveman kind of way about twenty times while doing the Pochettino cojones pose, David will be able to tell you better. When I finally managed to compose myself, brothers best mate says ‘congratulations, not sue what was more entertaining, the goal or your celebration.

Once match was over went for a kebab with my brother and relieved what had been a strange but wonderful day. Unforgettable.

I was in the away end. During injury time I always put a stopwatch on my phone, and I was in the process of turning it off as I didn't think we had time for another attack. I looked up as Llorente brought the ball down and everything after that is a blur. I have a vague recollection of rocking on the floor in front of my seat in the foetal position in a tearful daze, it was absolute madness and chaos.

Great ! Tell us more about the rest of the night you were stuck in there, with Poch and team coming over etc !

Can also tell us about during the match as well [lots of singing or numb silence etc ?]

My fucking network adapter decided to freak out, obviously in anticipation of the coming furore, and so my BT stream cut out. After an expletive led, frenzied re-enabling, I reconnected to the broadcast only to see Lucas being mobbed on the deck, Pochettino ballooning about the pitch, with Jermaine Jenas sobbing over the microphone. I was mouth agape for about 5 minutes.

at what time did that happen ?

my friend's stream cut out at 77 mins
and only (partially) came back after the game !
