I didn't think that there could be anything worse than those plastic clackers that Leicester and Huddersfield have, How wrong am I. :greedy::hungover::hungover:

£45 million quid for transfers... lol arsenal mania was creaming itself over spending £80 mill on 1 player, not £8mill per player for 5 players.
Kroenke stil doesnt understand relegation does he? Will Arsenal be a top 7-10 club next season?

Their stadium was built 12 years ago, by now they ought to be rolling in cash. If we're only going to be allowed to spend £45m in the summer of 2030 then there's going to be massive problems.

Its a combo of things probably. Arsenal playing billy big boots paying top 4 wages when not in CL to attract players like boomerang. Kroenke wanting to run a profit on a year by year basis, so no deep dipping one year compared to another. Shrinkage of the arsenal fanbase as the plastic fans leave. Revenue dropping by 20%. Sponsorships arnt as big financially. Being a financially responsible club has chopped off their excesses at the knees. Did i mention no champions league? :D

Contrary to the popular belief held by Arsenal fans and also believed by many others the club is still paying down loans and bonds held against their Emirates Stadium. It is a "manageable" debt of about £20 million per annum and due to be paid off in 2031 kind of like a mortgage. Very intricate stuff - I think that Arse have to retain cash reserves (their blessed treasure chest) to keep the money folk happy which is why they wanted Wenger to stay at the helm for so long.
