I read lots of negativity on here about levy but he has got this right our academy is getting stronger and stronger Swindon master stroke creating a second team. A lot of people thought Swindon was a bad move for Alex Pritchard, but I think spurs have been really clever loaning mason, Pritchard, hall and donating Lungo and Mind of kassim I think there was one more player from our academy as well. Using Swindon as our second team brilliant there manager starts our players and try's to play football. Swindon are a very very good side and with one or two players will challenging at the top I think if we can keep using them our academy will produce even more players it's a lot easier to play for another club when u know 5-6 players and have played with them. I am sure we have buy backs in place and it's great we getting young players from our academy to play professional football at a young age my only regret is mason what a talent if it was not for injuries he would pos be playing in our first team. Hope Pritchard gets a game at spurs by the end of the season. For all Sherwood's critsism he has shown a lot of our academy players are good enough to play in the premire league. Gone are the days we had stars like Johnny Jackson, mark yeates, Jamie sla bee, lee Barnard all good footballers in the own right but we churning out England internationals at every age group I think we have 5-6 in our under 18s.

I would be super pleased to see him along with the likes of McAvoy and Velkjovic get more game time next season. The dream for me would be to have 11 academy players turning up for the first-team.

Its so important in a climate of exorbitant contracts and paper-thin loyalty that we have a roster of players brought through pur academy, who will demonstrate the loyalty that we crave.

I only look at the likes of Messi, Puyol, Reus, Giggs, Scholes et al to see what a difference it makes to have a corr of players who know the traditions and expectations of that club.

I'd like to see him playing in Lennon's place in the next few games to see whether he really has it.

Good read that. Sounds like it's toughened him up a bit, which for a man of his stature and apparent skill (I don't watch too much of the youth team to be honest) is probably one of the most important aspects of his game that needs developing.

Reminds me of Archibald. If he ends up half as good then we have a true gem awaiting a run in the first team.

I thought Pritchard plays wide whereas Archibald was a striker. Well Archie and Crooks were quite a combination.

I will be excited if he returns next season.

In my opinion, and I have said this before, he is a Scholes type player with the same quick footballing brain. Bring it on.
