I think Sanchez should be eased in more this season as he's more long-term but Toby should also be playing a fair amount of games.

I must admit that initially i was very much of the opinion that Sanchez should play ahead of Toby, as you've got to plan for the future and i rate Sanchez highly anyway. However, if the idea is not to replace Trippier with an experienced purchase and to rely on KWP and Foyth (can't rely on Aurier to be fit) then it probably would make more sense to have the vastly experienced Toby alongside the raw full back, at least early on in the season, as positionally he's better than Sanchez....although i do think Sanchez' extra pace would also have it's merits.

That is very true re: iffy having Sanchez alongside KWP or Foyth, shame Poch didn't blood KWP more last season eh...

Not for this thread so i'll keep it short,and I really hope i'm wrong,but have this nagging feeling that KWP hasn't improved a jot in the past two years and won't make it at Spurs so if i'm right, will need a lot of good cover when playing. On the plus side, the midfield is notably stronger than before so getting at our full backs might be more difficult this season.
