I agree with your sentiments and I do think he has shown quality. But on the other side ... who would you drop?
Exactly. Moura has to show he deserves to start and the others have to show they deserve dropping. At the moment I don't think Poch can make that call. If we don't look lively in attack today then he can start to think of giving him a start in future. But the boys up top have hardly let us down all season so it would be harsh to drop anyone.

We’ve got more than enough to beat Bournemouth but there getting taken far too lightly by some on here, they’ve only been ‘thrashed’ once at home this season and have also beaten Chelsea and Arsenal this year.

Every single time.

Winks will be sold in Summer, and it'll be an utter travesty as we've all seen how good he can be.

I hope not. I think his fitness and form took a hit after the Man City beating and he’s been struggling ever since. Just needs a run of games to get him confidence back. Not sure when that will happen though. It would be massively short sighted to sell him.

Although it’s worth remembering, when everyone is putting together there wish lists of signings in the summer that we can only fit so many players in the match day squad. The retort is always that ‘there are plenty of games to go around’ but the season never pans out that way and a big squad inevitably means quality players being left out on match day and rising discontent. We’re not a team that can pay big wages to keep squad players happy so it’s a fine balancing act for Poch keeping squad happy and hungry even if they aren’t always needed.

A strong team, should be enough to win. Not taking them lightly but we should win.

Important we get three points today. Liverpool play twice before our next game and our gane is Chelsea away. So I want to at least have games in hand to take us back above them, as they have very winnable games. Likewise we need the 5 point cushion going in to the Chelsea game.

COYS lets put wednesday behind us. You havent got me there as a jinx today, Im back in my normal spot on the sofa!

Quite a shock to see that Davies hasn't made the bench, considering he has started every game over the last few months (exc. FA Cup).

Would’ve liked to have seen Moura start, and I’m not convinced by the Sanchez-Aurier combo on the right, but you can’t really fault the strength of the team.
