Not actually been there for a game, but I go through Finsbury Park Station enough and have to give the ground the finger as the train drives past every time. Once you get off at Finsbury Park its pretty clearly signposted.

getting there is ok..normally have a drink in wood green jump on the tube and get off at gillespie rd..getting out is a different story...closed stations and forced round the houses.. places to avoid if you dont like fighting are normally around highbury corner area...

Thanks for that guys.. i live near woodgreen so will have a drink or 5 there before i head off lol.. cheers for that i will avoid highbury corner then.. Arsenal station i have heard makes you wait like 20 minutes before you can ever get inside the station and finsubry park station is a mile walk or so? i will just get out get somthing to eat and then get on when its quite.. and have another drink or 5 in woodgreen

just a last question do they give a police escort to the tube after the game ??

police escort depends on where you are and who you are with...normal circumstances no...no quick way out of that part of north london really unless you walk to manor park..

Just take some air freshener with you. If any of the deranged mutants that congregate in the vicinity of the Scum Factory start to cut up rough, just spray some in the air. Something that smells pleasant will be so much of a shock to them that they'll either run away or proclaim you as a god.

just make sure you get your injections before the game - you don't want to grow a sixth toe or anything after all!

I've done that for Lesser games, but for a Derby......

I'd ending up fighting everyone within earshot, especially if they started taunting our players/manager/fans/club.

I'm sure i'd take a few out though before i got put down :)
