I thought they might cap the number of Season Ticket holders in each stand. For example, when the 15'000th season ticket sells in the South Stand the whole stand greys out. This gives members the chance to grab one of 2000 tickets in the members sale. I think it would be a big mistake by the...
They'll email you when you're due to pay the balance with the 10 month plan. I was told it is a 3% or 4% upfront charge to use the service so it's probably a credit card deal with a balance added to it? That's what they offered me when I got my first season ticket a few years back as well.
If they are sold as general sale tickets at that price and don't sell in the general sale you won't be able to flog your tickets on the exchange!
I reckon they'll end up selling them all. Some companies might end up buying a pair together so they can bribe some customers to using them.
I don't blame you. 4 years ago was the same for me. I was hoping to move to a cheaper area of the stadium but it never came up, the team weren't performing particularly well so the tickets weren't selling on stubhub at the time when they were eventually released and it really wasn't worth the...
It should probably be renamed from loyalty then. Who is more loyal, a bloke who has had a season ticket for 50 years who went to his fair share of away games when he could or the youngster with no real commitments and gets to 5-10 away games a season now having had his season ticket for 5 years...
I've not been to see Tottenham at Wembley but when I used to go to see England it was in the upper tier around block 501 I reckon. This was the view from the balcony up there, everyone was out there with pints smoking pregame.
The "experience" would probably be alright if we ever played a 3pm home game on a Saturday as you would be able to get to the ground earlier and watch the early kick off and possibly stay after to watch the evening game if the drink is a reasonable price.
If they get the pricing right they...
Personally it's somewhere I would be avoiding. I particularly found the front rows at Wembley awful for watching matches as you are a bit of a way from the pitch and feel lower than the pitch. For the same price, 15 rows up the stand you get a far better perspective of the game, get to see a lot...
5 year rolling loyalty was always a joke. We're not the only club to adopt a similar thing though. I know some clubs allocate seats to cup finals and semi finals based on how many games you've been to in that cup competition that season unlike us with the loyalty point scheme.
The loyalty...
That's exactly what the o2 is like in the top tier. I bought tickets to a gig there for my wife and had the front row aisle seats and watched it through a fucking plastic sheet which looked like it had been knocked a fair few times, scratched and the view wasn't exactly clear through it. First...
I can't imagine they'll do that. I think they will want to keep a good number of seats available to members buying.
It doesn't look too good for Phase 4+ buyers. Especially those who bought last season for the first time with the guarantee of a season ticket at the new ground. Almost double...
