Living over in Central America I basically only read the BBC and S.C. to see what's going on back home. However I would be interested in knowing if the incompetent linesman that ruled Jan's goal offside the other day has been slated by the British press or any other institution for his stupidity
Real Madrid director Jorge Valdano has been sacked by the club, a move which hands full control of transfers over to manager Jose Mourinho.
Looks to me like Jose's managed to remove the fly from his soup and from now on will bring in the players he wants and not who Valdano decided on.
One of the principle reasons why we've not done better this season is our lack of consistency. Just look at the following:
Gomes: Many many good games but some inconsistent ones too
Benny: Probably our most consistent player until out injured
Daws: Several ups and downs during the season...
I was amazed at Arse wipe's antics regarding Kenny Daglish after yesterday's game at the Untd Arabs. The pressure of not winning anything for nigh on 7 years is taking its toll and the guy is definitely bordering on a complete crack up. No wonder the cry for his sacking is getting stronger by...
To every S.C. member I would just like to take this moment in wishing you all a "Feliz Navidad" from Guatemala, the land of eternal spring, in Central America.
Your posts, comments and sense of humour are truly appreciated over in this neck of the woods.
Merry Xmas everyone
Tottenham have drawn up a shortlist of possible next managers if Harry Redknapp should replace Fabio Capello as England coach. David Moyes is top of the list, which also includes Guus Hiddink, Roy Hodgson and Rafa Benitez. BBC sports
I'd like Jose of course but if we couldn't get him who...
Last night's game for many of the older generation brought back visions of the "Glory Glory" days while for the younger supporters it gave them their first real taste of just how gratifying it can be supporting a team whose doctrine is attack, attack and attack.
IMHO 'Arry has given us back our...
As much as I was amazed as Berbatov's hat trick yesterday I was also disgusted by Nani's showmanship when diving and cheating at every opportunity in order to bamboozle the ref.
Hopefully the Man Ure fans and even Red Nose start getting on his case as he's definitely bringing the Premier league...
After having to put up with 3 months of not seeing Spurs play and an awful World Cup between times I now get to see the mighty Spurs twice a week thanks to a combination of cups, league and Champions. Does it get any better than this ?
A couple or so years ago we were well known for being a rather short side, height wise, which was why we were constanly out of sorts at set pieces but when Hutton replaced Kaboul on Saturday I realized for the first time that our average height has now shot up considerably.
Apart from O'Hara...
My eldest daughter who was born and brought up in Guatemala and never, until now, had the opportunity of seeing the mighty Spurs play live will be in London early May when Spurs are at home against Bolton. What's the easiest way for her to get hold of 4 tickets for this game plse ...

Chelsea 1 - 1 Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham fans can be thankful they have a manager in place to cover up the glaring flaws in their club's make-up.
Make no mistake, this battling...
Here we go again, getting all anxy and nervous waiting for tomorrow's Sunderland game where, this Saturday at least, we have home advantage.
I've already set out my lucky Spurs cap that a good friend brought me over last year which I used for the first time when watching the C.C final, along...
I've been a member of SC about 3-4 years now and personally find it the most informative of all the Spurs fans forums. Keep up the good work.
Here thanks to Fox Sports Latin America and ESPN along with ESPN2 I get to see the majority of the televised Spurs games, be they EPL, F.A.Cup, Carling...
