I think £4m is probably top-end of the estimate and it might be even lower.
I assume it doesn’t need explaining on here that football isn’t about “brand loyalty. It’s not like switching from AA to RAC and back each year.
It’s about the level of engagement the fan has, not whether they move to a competitor. It’s also about locking in new lifetime fans.

We were great running the ball to the byline and cutting it back into the box. We have a winger with pace to burn but he only ever gets the ball with his back to goal.
Werner doesn’t need to dribble it. We need to play the through ball for him to run onto. It’s so obvious and no one will play it. The one time we did today, he ended up through on goal (and fluffed it).
