Great finish into his own net. Luckily offside

Player Watch Player Watch: Guglielmo Vicario

Really is ridiculous. The City one you can at least say Dias is somewhat plying the ball. Here Harrison is doing absolutely nothing to play the ball. It’s a basketball blockout. No attempt to play the ball simply a 2 yard body check.

It’s 7M euros but it’s paid in future rights to BarcaTV revenues instead of cash

    Antonio Nusa

Bummer to hear. Who knows and sounds like Brugge played a blinder but sounds like we overplayed our hand and should have just tied the deal up for next summer. Obviously price was going to go up for getting him now. For a guy with this level of potential there will always be other suitors...

Match Threads Spurs vs Man City - FA Cup 4th Round

Agree. City were absolutely phenomenal in the 1st half. They weren’t clinical, but their movement and retention was absolute perfection. I guess because no goals nobody thinks they were good but I think that’s probably one of their best halves of the year. I actually wish they’d have had...

Player Watch Player Watch: Guglielmo Vicario

It’s really inexcusable. The keeper and defenders are allowed to pretty much do whatever they want to that guy to get him out of the way. Vicario should plant the guy on the floor but really one of our defenders should already be doing that.

    Player Watch: Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

Agree. He was excellent for 70+ minutes. By far our best player outside the defense yesterday.

Player Watch Player Watch: Dejan Kulusevski

He was rough today. 3 weeks since he’s played a real game and coming off an illness. So be it. Better days ahead.

That turn was filthy. He was really good today.

Player Watch Player Watch: Timo Werner

Yep. I think a healthy Gio would have made a huge diff in this game finding Timo.

    Arthur Vermeeren

We should hijack the heck out of this deal

    Bummer.

I don’t have any doubt about PEH preferring to move or Ange sanctioning it or us having options for replacement. I just have doubts about anybody in Europe actually having the money + desire to pay what we think is reasonable for him in this window (or on obligation basis next summer)
  14. B

    Antonio Nusa

We’ll see but I’m pretty calm. Really hard to see many clubs in Europe willing to pay 30M in January for a guy they can’t have until next summer anyway. Seems we are locked in and ready to pay it. And then obviously Ange should be the other big factor in our favor. Any player who talks to...

Obviously wants to follow in Kane’s footsteps stealing goals

Hopefully wait until summer would still mean we buy now with loan vs wait until summer to buy

Player Watch Player Watch: Pape Sarr

Hopefully his sub in the game was just normal and not a knock? I have no reason to think it was injury just paranoid and didn’t see the game
  18. B

    Ederson

we Only get 4 association trained slots. Any more is just like foreign. Maddison, Johnson, backup GK, Davies. (Sess, etc) Eventually Davies will roll off, but we’re prob at least a year or two away from that. not a reason to way overspend on a player like Gallagher vs other midfielders

The 15 page bed wetting fights haven’t even begun to defile themselves yet.

    Conor Gallagher

I don’t know - they sold Havertz and Mount to other EPL teams for 60M+ each. Maybe they think United or Arsenal will be idiots again. Worth a shot.
