    Player Watch - Arnaut Danjuma

Personally think this is a shrewd no risk signing. He’s been off it this season but he had an injury, then there was the WC break and emery is now gone. 19 G/A in 34 for Villareal last season and 24 in 35 for Bournemouth in the championship the season before. There’s a player there and getting...

    Yannick Carrasco

I might be wrong but I don’t think it is a case of have to pay it upfront, I think the selling club has the right to demand it upfront but they may also accept a different structure of payment.

    Yannick Carrasco

If we could sell Doherty and Moura, or loan them both out snd get in Carrasco I think our forward line and defensive options improve while trimming the squad. Seems like Atleti have no interest in selling for less than his buyout clause though and I can’t see us paying 51m for him at this point

    Joško Gvardiol

This is honestly just insane. You cannot tell me spending this amount of money and loaning a player back makes any sense. They have also spent 300m on defenders while their striker is Havertz. I am confused

I also feel like Conte’s teams kick into gear at some point. We had a tough preseason and the players seem to not be as sharp but we keep winning and at some point everyone will start firing

    Player Watch: Dane Scarlett

I have been watching all of Preston North End’s games so far this season to keep an eye on Parrott but it is too painful. I think it’s time I switch to watching Portsmouth and Scarlett. I have had a soft spot for them since we were linked to Lassana Diara all those years ago.

Match Threads West Ham Vs Spurs

We have been great from behind under Conte. When we concede early I no longer panic, I just have faith that Conte’s plan and system over 90 minutes will mean that we come back and win. We also seem to start poorly in the first half, then Conte works it all out snd makes the changes at half time.

    Yannick Carrasco

Not a big name, but he is one of those under the radar players that when you support the team you realize how important he is. before we sign Perisic he made a lot of sense for the left wing back role. In terms of balance now, I don’t know if it makes sense but if Conte thought he could get him...

I had just started convincing myself he wasn’t the right fit for us:cautious:

I love him so much. I always thought he had a bad attitude because of this type of this, but he just loves to shithouse. He has an incredible work rate and does not let the opponent rest. What a signing

Is he good? Or is he just not Daniel James ?

    Daniel James

I can accept Adama over James. James is fast but he doesn’t have that fear factor Adama has. When Traore comes on everyone sits up, fullbacks know that their life will be miserable for the rest of the game. Dan James just does not have that. We need someone to replace Gil and replacing Gil with...

    Daniel James

It is just a smokescreen guys. He is shorter than 6ft and therefore there is no way this is a real target. :cautious:

Player Watch Player Watch: Rodrigo Bentancur

He is one of those midfielders that just does their job every game. He’s under the radar and is just keeping the team ticking. Really enjoying both him and Hoj, the only thing I would say is that it feels like neither of them have had a game where both are at their best at the same time. It is...

    Player Watch Player Watch: Richarlison

His dribbling has pleasantly surprised me. I always thought he wasn’t great on the ball, I never really watched much of him at Everton and thought he didn’t really have that Brazilian flair but he’s been great at getting past players with good footwork and skill. He’s already proven worth the...

    Wilfried Zaha

That’s good mate, tell his mum her sons happiness is the most important thing and that he would hate it at Spurs.

    Ex-Manager watch: Antonio Conte

I get that Conte’s football isn’t for everyone and that there are lots of “park the bus” insults from other fans currently. However, he truly is the example of just because you don’t have possession doesn’t mean you aren’t in control of the game. We let other teams play and come at us without...

    Harry Winks - Leicester City

I just want him to leave because I used to really rate him when he first came into the team and expected a lot of him. He never really developed at all and is the same player he was all those years ago. We have seen what he has to offer and it’s no longer what we need so I’d rather his spot...
