Think he just needs to execute his style but better. For me that's with dynamic and fast dribblers, which we don't have (or not very good ones). If we can somehow grind out a CL spot it'll be a fabulous season imo.
:D we have had a few of this crazy type over the years for sure.
He was another that was just too young and raw when we saw him at Spurs. He was on a podcast with Rio Ferdinand recently talking about coming from a poor family and the big money move to us being difficult and perhaps coming too...
For us maybe, but he made a decent career for himself- got QPR promoted and won Football League player of the year, reinvented himself as a central midfielder at Benfica and won a couple of trophies including a league title, and also played for AC Milan!
I'm more concerned by his sudden drop off in agility and speed. Looks like he's carrying a knock or is just heavy legged because of fatigue or something. His touch is also off at the moment. Need him to get back to his early season levels.
We need to borrow a page from Klopp's book and play the narrow 441 with Son alone up top. With competent players, which we have, it's very difficult to play against that.
Very silly from Bissouma, but we should have been out of sight by now. I've wanted to give Richarlison a chance, multiple chances, but my hope is fading that he'll come good for us sadly.
The only clubs that have any money there are Real and Barca (and even they're a basket case at the moment). Can't see them or any of the other big European clubs paying a sizeable fee for him sadly. A PL team is probably out best bet, but even then I struggle to see a club paying big money (West...
"Low key" in London is slang for "secretly" or "under the radar" and it can also be used to indicate when someone wants to express that they don't feel passionately about something, e.g. "I low key hate that person" actually means you just mildly dislike them. In this case the Arsenal fan...
Big fan. Lautaro is very good in the build up phase, can run beyond the defensive line and can play in a lone striker role (Argentina) or in a partnership (Inter). He's a fantastic, versatile forward that scores goals (21, 21, 17 in the last 3 seasons playing with a strike partner for Inter)...
Agree with this- there is no striker that we can realistically bring in to replace Kane so we need to go with Son, Richarlison and then have Velez in reserve. I'd much rather use the £100M + other sales to make other areas of the pitch elite quality. Doku out wide for 1v1s, Lavia/Thuram/Kone for...
