    the difference is that after 5 years (or whatever the contract length is) the Van can't walk out for free, but a player can So after 5 years the Van has a value to a business still but a players does not have any value to a club at the end of its contract

    i've often said life would be a lot easier if i didn't care so much about Tottenham! I can't control what happens in a match but i get very worked up about that, as i suspect most of us do!

    Even if Levy had a change of personality and wanted to splash big on a top class striker I question how many would actually want to come Spurs right now i would say our options might be limited

    i hope you are right but history tells us Levy does very little just to please the fans i don't begrudge harry a move, its just the timing of this that sucks we go into the first match missing our top player and i expect with low morale. We so need to get off to a good start this season

    The one thing I’m surprised about is that there isn’t more Utd talk. If they are hearing Kane is open to moving this summer I thought they would be all over it, out bid BM and woo Kane. No doubt Levy would be less keen to sell to a PL rival but money talks
