I wouldn’t be pinning my hopes on bissouma tbh. Other than the first 5/6 games he’s looked pretty poor. And on top of that he’s been ill. Didn’t get a lot of game time away either.
He needs to work on this now. As it’s gonna happen every game now. Also he’s gonna need a bit of help. Not really rocket science, whoever is sat on him needs a player sat in front.
I’m literally 28hours late. But we saw gio and veliz in gios car on the way to the stadium last night. Asked gio if Maddison was playing. He kind of said he was unsure lol. Seemed a decent guy from a quick window exchange

Sarr is the heart beat of our new team guys! Everything just drops off a cliff when he leaves the pitch. He’s way better than Gallagher in my opinion at breaking up the play and playing it easy. His final ball deep in the opposition area needs a lot of work and Gallagher probably pips him in...
He was pretty good tbf. But the 2 opportunities he gave away at the end were why he’s not good enough. Saying that, must be tough playing city. He was definitely better than Bents. Who I thought was very poor. But seems to of got off lightly with the blame game lol.
I agree about most of your post but the part where it’s because it’s against city is bonkers. It’s an ideal game to play him in. They will come at us and there will be space for him to pass into behind. They’re also not that dirty either tbf. Not like they go out to smash opponents up. 👍
He’s literally had about 5/6 passes to him where he’s had one player in front of him to take on and he’s passed it backwards. Are you blind? I know it’s his first game but he needs to show up a bit more.
