Nuno dragging Forest closer and closer to the drop as many of us predicted …
If an attacker can see the number on a defender’s shirt he’s got the advantage. The defender has to be side in so he can see the ball and the attacker to the outside of him.Such poor defending from Luton there. Was just a hopeful ball in and the full back was completely asleep.
Not in VAR remit. Refs make mistakes. Werner was not a pen, he kicked the back of the defenders leg.Standard of reffing really needs looking at. Still completely confused by how Var didn't see the trip on Werner.
Then what was going on with Liverpool getting an uncontested drop ball after play stopped when Forest were in attack. Sure they should have cleared it, but no wonder the coaching team were fuming.
It just seems bad decisions are more frequent than usual, but makes no sense when VAR should be helping to correct these.

Clattenburg(newly installed as Forest ref liason officer) went to speak to the ref and he wouldn’t let him in.
Shame.
Forest constantly complaining to PGMOL about decisions against them. To be honest I wouldn’t miss that prat of an owner they have if they went down. If they lose 6 points as expected , could be curtains
I agree, if we don't win it's not all lost, a draw wouldn't be a disastrous result but there's no getting away from it, a defeat would be very damaging in our chase for 4th.I think a win is a huge boost our challenge regardless of their result today.
But if we don’t win, all is not lost either.
If it was going to work Arteta and Klopp would have demanded their respective clubs hired 25 ex refs each all barging the refs door down each time they got a decision that didn't go their way.I’m glad about this. As much as I think refs need better training and consistency between them as it’s been overall really poor this season. I think any club having a self appointed ref liaison is a shocker of an idea, and even worse when it’s someone like Clattenburg.
Christ someone will hire Mike Dean at this rate and we’ll have him releasing statements via selfie stick.

Watkins having a Kaneesque next level season this season, fair play to him 15 goals 10 assists is incredible stuff
Thought it was an extremely obvious penalty. He clipped Werner's foot, any leg-entanglement happened after that. Not in VAR remit. Refs make mistakes. Werner was not a pen, he kicked the back of the defenders leg.
Time we had a pen though.

Watkins should absolutely be the Kane back up at the Euros. He's earned it with this season's form.Watkins having a Kaneesque next level season this season, fair play to him 15 goals 10 assists is incredible stuff
They were overly reliant on loan players like Maatsen and Tella last season and they didn't bring any of them back in the summer. The replacements they did sign have all been pretty poor signings that haven't been PL quality. And worst, Kompany has sacrificed his principles of passing football and it hasn't made them one iota better.Burnley have been really disappointing this season.
This game it's just hopeful balls into the box and 1 simple counter led to them going a goal down.
Kompany was seen as a 'one to watch' but he really hasn't done anything this season to show himself as a talented manager.
