I never like lunchtime kick offs and Villa have run riot because they knew what they had to do. Don't get me wrong Sheffield Utd are appalling but knowing what you have to do is such an incentive.
It's going to be such a scramble to make the CL and Man Utd no matter how bad they seem to be always seem to get momentum somewhere to challenge. I'm sure they will have a say at the end, unfortunately.
It makes today's result against Everton so disappointing because it gives the other teams a chance to get back in and Villa have taken such a confidence boost from it at our expense - gits.

It's the same pattern as earlier in the season, played us and lost, Heckingbottom had a meltdown about how unfair it all is and they got stuffed next game by Newcastle 0-8, Wilder moaned about how unfair it all is last game and now they're getting stuffed...

We do have key players returning and Maddison/Bentancur will surely start to get into gear.
Bissouma, Bentacur and Sarr will allow us to get back to early season midfield and not have to go to Skipp or Hojbjerg if we are trailing.
Son back means we bring on Johnson and not Gil.

It’s sad it’s taken so long for him to achieve his potential but finally he’s reached it.

Nope. Both teams dropping is best possible outcome
Why? We will be 8 points behind Liverpool still, which is too far away and we have to go to anfield.
We aren’t fighting for a title we are fighting for champions league and arsenal dropping full points keeps us 2 points behind them and 3 behind villa.

Exactly. Any slight hope of a title chase went against Everton. We can’t be dropping points like that against bad sides.
