This was all some weird stipulation Levy put into the Kane transfer, to require Bayern to bid on a player of his choosing in order for it to appear the player chose Tottenham and Levy looks good to the fan base and is backing his manager.

His agent better get extra clients off of this, i mean my god, as crazy as it was for us to follow he fucking played one of the best blinders i have ever seen, this dude probably secured an extra 10-20k per week for his client in the last 24 hours plus extra fee to genoa as well.
