Has there been any information on European outgoings that I may have missed? GKN, Nkoudou, Wanyama, Rose, Eriksen etc?

Every summer window throws up an irrational individual meltdown. We had the guy a couple of seasons ago who lost his mind over hidden text he couldn’t read.

It’s a jungle in here during the windows and some of us never return home the same

Ah yes. Dear Hot Spur, the daft old coot.

I've never seen someone so utterly lose the plot and all because the dimwitted dunderhead didn't know how to highlight hidden text.

I do wonder if he ever got to grips with the whole white text thing, the ninny. I guess there's only one way to find out...

For me, on paper, Winks-NDombele-Lo Celso is a near perfect 3 man midfield in terms of style. It makes me less concerned about Eriksen leaving (though in the short term in will be a blow to depth) and curious as to how we will utilize Dele.

IMO with Ndombele and LoCelso in CM, a lot of our creativity will come directly from them rather than funneling the ball forward to a traditional 10. They can both take players on with the ball and can both find 'sliderule' passes (cliche alert), so in many respects I wouldn't be surprised if we moved away from the normal 10 role that Eriksen played, and more towards Dele on Kane's shoulder. I think we probably had a contingency for Eriksen leaving and it being very difficult to replace like for like.

Doesn't Dele slow our attacks down much or is it just me seeing things Same could be said for Eriksen
If CE does go i wouldn't mind seeing Lamela playing there him NDombele-Lo Celso pace power quick counters

With Dele I actually think we transition from defence to attack quicker than without him.

Hopefully rose and Eriksen stay, losing either makes us weaker

If Pochs happy to keep Eriksen and Eriksen sorts his head out, then I don’t think Levy will sell him.

Would be a very strange move for Levy to back Poch so heavily in the transfer market, only to undermine him by selling Eriksen this summer.

The clinical element of my brain believes that Eriksen will be sold in the next couple of weeks.

The romantic element likes to imagine Eriksen has a change of heart, assesses how Madrid has treated him, looks at the new acquisitions and buys into the next five year project.

If the romantic aspect of my consciousness is right, I’d go so far to say that we’d have a good shot at wining the league title and maybe even the Champions League over the next few years.

The defence will need reinvigorating next summer. And I’m sure this is something Levy and Poch will target next summer window. But if we consider the following players, it’s not unrealistic to claim we have one of the best midfield and attack in Europe:
Winks
Sissoko
Ndombele
Lo Celso
Dele
Eriksen
Lamela
Son
Kane
Moura

Then we need to consider how our youngsters with promise develop over the next couple of years.

Really looking forward to this season
