That's left me feeling like I've got withdrawal from something but I don't know what it is...:geek:

My fiancée asked if it was the end of the game in the 2nd over to which my dad replied it’s on till circa 7pm, she was not impressed lol

Although ultimately Archer was the correct decision as we ended up winning, I still feel putting such a young and inexperienced player in that position wasn't the right thing to do, I feel Woakes was probably the better option.

The poor Kiwi fielder that stood on the boundary after a catch, the extra 4 after the attempted run out off Stokes' bat was almost as mental. Absolute scenes :wtf::)

Critiquing his poor bowling...
And I'm critiquing your poor "support".

Being an ex-pat Aussie I don't have skin in this game but having watched one of the great sporting spectacles it really pisses me off that you get to feel the happiness associated with what Joffrey Archer just achieved for you. You called him pathetic. And he made you look like a fucking gimp

Just apologise and move on, mate. And don't be so shit in future.

Nah Archer was the best option, rookie or not and win or not. Got the best set of varieties and change ups. Woakes isn't a particularly great death bowler.

His bowing off the first 3 balls was poor, no one can say it wasn't. He did well off the rest but think you have gone a bit over the top with this.

Archer is an extremely dangerous bowler but he’s very erratic... that’s what happens when you bowl at 90-95mph and lack experience. When you bowl around the wicket it has to be inch perfect otherwise it will be a wide or the ball will disappear to the boundary.

Woakes has a lot more control but due to medium-fast pace he’s at risk of been clobbered for 6. He did however bowl superbly and is extremely experienced which would have made him the sensible option.

Chuffed for Archer but for such a young player, had New Zealand won it would have potentially destroyed his confidence for years to come. Look at Stokes against the W Indies when Braithwaite crunched him for multiple 6s to win the game from nearly an impossible position... it really messed Stokes up.

When isn't 'sugar tits' a compliment? Sugar is lovely as are tits so why would the two combined be bad?

I apologise for you being over sensitive.
