The interesting trend I’ve noticed from these internet scousers (in fact, to be fair, it’s at the heart of most of the disrespectful stuff you read about us from opponents) is that they focus on individual and players.
“We’ve got x, y, z. They aren’t better in any area of the pitch” etc.
Not only is it entirely subjective and of course soaked in club bias but it completely misses the point of Pochettino’s Tottenham.
He goes on and on about the ‘collective’ - how ‘the names on the shirt don’t matter’ etc. That’s what we are about and I totally see it now. He’s certainly convinced me.
Just look at how we’ve reached this final.
So many injuries/suspensions to key players but we have shown this incredible resolve in tight moments and the ability to come back - even when it felt like we needed Harry Kane to stand a chance of doing so.
They should disrespect and disregard that at their peril. Just ask Dortmund, Man City and Ajax.

All the scousers I know are shitting it. They told themselves the reason they wanted Ajax was coz they’re a proper European team with pedigree but, in reality, it’s coz they fear us.
My 3 Liverpool mates all put the game at 60/40 in Liverpool’s favour which I think is about right.

I know we can win. I won’t say we will win, because I don’t want to tempt fate.
As I said before the Man City second leg, it’s not about believing we will win, just that we can win.
If Liverpool end up lifting the trophy, well, thems the breaks. I’ll be despondent, but I know our club is on the rise and that whatever happens on the 1st June, we can and should be proud of what we’ve achieved. Glory is returning to our club, if not from next Saturday, then not too far in the future.
If certain segments of Liverpool’s fan base don’t want to show respect for what we’ve achieved, then that’s their loss. Fuck ‘em is all I’ll say.

Liverpool fan at work asked me yesterday if Kane is gonna be fit for the final I said yes and his response was simply "FUCK!"
I said we could have a fully fit squad to choose from for the first time this season and he didn't look happy.
He's said a couple of times the stars appear to be aligning for us to win it with how we've gotten to the final, but knowing him I think the closer it gets to the final the more confidence he'll get.
My United supporting boss always takes the piss out of us, always going on about how we haven't won anything, so if things go well for us next week I'll be going into work on the Sunday and wrapping his entire desk in the Sunday's newspapers using the pages of us celebrating. He totally deserves it.

Yep. Mine have been very silent. Trouble is, I want to taunt them prematch but it’s bound to come back to haunt me so I’ve sat on my hands. I’ll play the, just glad to be there, going to try and enjoy the day etc. When in reality I’m desperate to win this game more than any other in my life!

Got to have a bit of banter. A little gentle ribbing pre match is expected, surely.
I’m on a stag next weekend with 2 of my best mates (spurs) and another (Liverpool) I’m going to be giving him loads of shit and if they win and he starts chatting shit then we outnumber him 3-1. Though there’s a Chelsea fan there who’ll blatantly be supporting Liverpool but still, they’re both getting buried if we lose.
I wish that were true but Klopp has actually been complimentary about us in the past so I think he recognises the threats we pose.
They have beaten us twice this season, the first game they battered us in my opinion but the second game at Anfield we should have got the win and played well.
I think Poch has a tactic to play against them but we need to adopt it for 90 minutes and not just one half of football.
I hate their fans... like genuinely dont like the entitlement. Even Carragher today comes out and says the three week break benefits us and is unfair on them - like what the fuck... do they only want to play us when we have injuries? fuckin knobs

He's blaming the fa and the prem and he's right. We could have had another weeks break after the world cup and come back later.
The reason is that the fa doesn't want the championship final on the same day as the cl final.

I'm saying our players only having one weeks break after the world cup was a joke. The championship playoff could be played on the same day as the cl final. They are not at the same time. Chapionship games are played on the same day as the pl. The reason was they have corporate tickets for both and don't want to miss out.
