One of the senior RBs should go. My choice would be Trippier and the rumour seems to be that he will be the one to make way.

I'd like to see a replacement in, but I don't think it'd be the end of the world if we went in to next season with Aurier and KWP. The luxury of this is that we should only be shopping for genuine quality here and shouldn't be rushing into signing any old flavour of the month. Either we sign quality or we go with Aurier and KWP imo.

Haven't got a clue about most of them either apart from Atal and Meunier. But if we can't sign AWB that's a list of the RBs we'd probably be able to sign. Some of them better than Trippier, some of them will be soon. But all those RBs are quick which is more than what can be said about Trippier.

Wouldn’t want Meunier. Puts us right back in the same spot as Trippier imo. Slower wingback who is good offensively but very suspect defensively.

That would terrify me, KWP is not ready and Aurier is a walking red card or penalty most of the time

Matt Doherty from wolves looks pretty good going forward, not sure how his defending is, homegrown.

With multiple parties interested at 25m I wouldn't be surprised if Levy scrapes more value for him. Now get AWB in the club, although I haven't seen us linked to him in weeks. :(

Pleeaaaseeee!!

What I'm only really hoping for this TW is that we get a top CM and sell Trippier, such a liability.

It's so rare that English players go abroad, I'd be very surprised if he ends up going to Napoli or Atletico

The weakness on our right was there to see by all and was targeted by our opponents. Both at RB and midfield.

We need a pacy RB and right sided AM to give protection.

Aurier and KWP is unfortunately is not the answer.

We should have sold him last summer, after the World Cup, when we probably could of got double what teams are offering now.

If KWP is not ready at 22/23 then it's either because he has not had enough game time (most likely) or that he is not good enough (and if so we need to find out and move him on). But key to both scenarios is more game time, especially as we gave him a new long term contract last summer. And he won't get more game time as 3rd choice with the odd cameo at LWB in cup games where he cannot show the offensive side of his game due to being on the wrong side.

KW-P isn’t too dissimilar to Fredericks... both are quick and decent going forward but defensively weak. Look at their stature in comparison to say Walker... they’re a lot weaker than him and easily bullied off the ball. KW-P is quite lanky meaning he’s going to struggle to beef up. If Aurier isn’t up to the job or due to his frequent injuries then ideally we need to be flogging all of our right backs. It would explain why we’re being linked with quality right backs, the likes of Aarons and also pushing for Sessegnon’s younger brother who’s a RB.

The mismanagement of his career is mentioned every summer. He needs to leave either permanently or on loan for the sake of his own career. It’s a shame as I rate him as a player and it’s obvious to anyone who has seen him play is that he needs experience more than anything else.

In hindsight, he was good at the WC. I hope Tripp reads SC and do "a Rose" where he's aware of the criticism from the fan's and actually does something about it

I thought Aurier and Sissoko did really well on that right side, when they played together, which was unfortunately only for a couple of games.

Even though he is lanky, there is no reason he would't be able to beef up. Sound training and sufficent calorie intake will do the trick. Buiding muscle is relatively easy, but you must eat enough, and that is the difficult part for most people.

Hate against Auriers ridiculous. Proved his class away in Dortmund..he’s better than Trippier. He’s 100% been hampered by Pochs constant full back rotation IMO. Rose has come to the party last part of the season because he’s played nearly every match so can build form. Trippiers ‘delivery’ that he’s been living off has been a myth for over 2 seasons. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing at the WC and he’s lived off that free kick this season. Needs to go

Around the clock suicide watch for you know who.

It should be alright. He’d probably move over to NapoliCommunity Forum (or whichever club that Trips moves to) to continue his defence of the player.

I’m picturing him learning Italian to argue Trippiers merits on the Napoli message boards.

Word on the street is that he had spaghetti bolognese for dinner last night. ;)

Tottenham defender Kieran Trippier lined up for £22m Napoli move after Champions League Final

Napoli are hopeful of completing the signing of Tottenham's Kieran Trippier for €25million (£22m) after the Champions League Final.

The Serie A runners-up are the only club interested in the 28-year-old England right-back, who stands to significantly increase his current £50,000-per-week wages in Naples.

Tottenham have delayed all transfer talks until after the Final on June 1 and Napoli remain wary of discussing the finer details with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, who drives a notoriously hard bargain.

However, there is optimistic from all sides that Trippier will be the first England international to play in Italy since Joe Hart in 2016-17.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino expects an overhaul of the squad this summer and Trippier, who has endured a difficult season after starring at last summer's World Cup, could be the first of several high-profile departures.
