How on earth do you do that? Help please!

So not sure which bit you want to do. I'm not an ST holder or a member this season but I've got an ST holder giving me two tickets. He's going to have to take my Client Reference Number (and my mates) and add them to his "My Network". He can then transfer the tickets to me and my mate for the one game.

This from Nailsy should help.......

The first time you go in to buy tickets for any game you're asked to register an account before you can proceed. I assume you just get your friends to register here:

https://login.tottenhamhotspur.com/Identity/register.html?client_id=JcSx9fyL857K&redirect_uri=/Identity/?returnUrl=%2Ftottenhamhotspur%2F&response_type=code&scope=openid+ticketing&tenantId=SPURS&returnUrl=/tottenhamhotspur/checkout&tenantId=SPURS

You should then be able to sign into your own account and you can create a network using their client reference number. It asks you for a membership number, but you just add their client reference number and it adds them.

I think you are being dismissed as a wind-up merchant, but the rumour of renaming the actual WHL is on SSC too. Can I ask where this info is coming from?

I can't say I'm in favour of this, although I'd consider a change to Red House Lane in honour of the famous lovely old redbrick building with the clock that supposedly could not be saved.

This was in the public domain years ago.

Does anybody know when the "Spurs Official App" is going to be rolled out? I understand that you can use this instead of your Season Ticket card plus other things etc.

Website doesn't clarify, but you'd hope they manage it before the Palace game. I downloaded the Spursgo app at the weekend, which is what I think will morph in to this. At the moment it just shows a twitter fees I think.

It does say on the events page that tickets for test events can't be transferred. Has anyone actually done it yet?

This is what I saw and I got a little concerned but I assumed it means outside of the official means of doing so, e.g. ticket share and ticket exchange.

There would be little point in offering these options and then not doing it for the test events when the whole purpose of these events is to replicate a match day.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered in the chat already.........I have 2 ST's one of which is a child ticket. For the midweek games it will be very difficult to take my 5 year old with me due to school the next day. I know I can legitimately transfer it to a member who is in my ticketing group BUT can i transfer it to an adult member and pay the difference in price or is this an no no???

It’s the clubs own fault, in all honesty. No advertised medium to resell tickets. Spurs needs an exchange site badly. Either a 3rd party reselling site or an in house one. Even the twitter accounts that RT face value tix available shouldnt be ran. The club needs its own site. And if you want to track it, make it be members only and add like a £15 tier with less benefits that can access the site for those that dont want to pay the £45.

Palace’s is well done. Have a site ran by 3rd party. Tickets are tracked via membership and the club offers cheaper membership tiers. Can only purchase with member # and it verifies before purchase....or so i’ve heard

Stubhub never bothered me I enjoyed using it. But then again, I didn't take the piss with the amount I put them on for. The club should just use Stubhub again and put on an upper limit for selling the ticket or not let you put it on for face value. Meaning you could sell it for a fiver if you liked. It was your choice.

There will be more coming online as well if others are in the same boat as me.

A member of my network registered me for the ballot for the members game without telling me. I can't go to the game as on holiday that day. The email said I had until this morning to buy my ticket and I didn't yet its still sitting in my account to buy. The system hasn't updated yet and my seat is saying it is taken because of that. I wont be buying it.

I've no doubt there will be other people who have a ticket but wont take it. Those will come online shortly I suspect.

£15 for both test events? Easiest money I've parted with. Secured my homecoming for the two test games. Very, very excited now, especially for the legends one.

Booked in for surgery mid April just after CL home leg. Which means I can't do the Brighton game over my birthday or the rest of the season, so thought why not do these.

Click the link, wait for the donut, then sign in as the new member and you can access the account info that way and then you can add people to your network.

I've added my other half and she has a client ref no now but I am unable to assign her a ticket as she does not have a membership of any sort

How many tickets left? Likely to be general sale you reckon?
