Watched this in rural Germany. Sky sports in Germany is really frustrating as kept cutting to Ajax game. Every time spurs scored, we got brought a snapps.

At half time I was like 3 0 would be good and safe.

I think four would have been better now aeghhh

Serge also superb tonight. A year ago a yellow would gel ace led to nerves and mistakes all night. Him and Sissoko on the right side were immense

Just on way back from the game. A game of two halves completely.

Didn't play well in the first half, but much better in the second half. I was behind the goal for the goals and the atmosphere there was fantastic, everyone went fucking nuts.

Vertonghen easily MOM with second place going to Sissoko. How has moussa improved this much??

COYFS!!!!!!
Well girls and boys enjoy the 10 days of normality, early kick off a week sat. What absolute hum dinger of a performance from the whole team all amazing. Nando over the moon for him, but for me superJan any left back wants to learn how to play in that position? Just watch that 2nd half performance from SuperJan!!!! He has to be nailed on for left back rest of the season. And here is one for you how when Harry is back can Poch not play Sonny up top as a striker the boy is class. Why not play the two???Enjoy amazing COYS!!!!

That was a special performance. The problem with performances like that is they make you believe we can do something very special this season!

The Goons are in the Ropey cup mate.

Didn't think Winks was that great. He did little wrong and kept the ball moving but it was Sissokko that dominated that midfield second half. Not a sentence I thought I'd be saying in August but he's not far off my player of the season.

Funny how people see things differently. I thought Winks was very, very good tonight. Nothing flash but he showed for the ball the whole time, linked the back line to the offense and kept things neat and tidy. He won most of his challenges and they only got the ball off him when 3 of them surrounded him.

Considering last years rigidity in terms of formations, I really like what Poch has done this season. Last season we mostly played 4231, and when it worked it was great. When it didn't it was dire to watch.

This season though, we have played a variety of systems. Tonight, especially in the second half, our wingbacks provided so much with and were the primary outlets for the chances we created. Our young centre backs are really talented, and combined with the experience and guile of Alderweireld and Vertonghen, they proved that they can compete at the big stage.

Big thanks to Poch, and everyone on the pitch today! What a day to be a Spurs fan! COYS!

1) Amazing stuff at HT from Poch. Makes me wonder do we not do our homework before the game and set up right?
2) Verts. Wow. Beta LB at the club. League?
3) Winks/Sissoko. Wow.
4) Can’t wait for Kane and Dele to come back. What a front four we will have

Fantastic few years for our club. Hope we build and continue to grow in the summer. 1/2/3 excellent signings and we can seriously push for the title next year

You can see him improving. His movement, making space for himself, passing, it's all getting better and better and tonight was, for me, a great performance from him. IMO he still needs to show something more going forward, perhaps add a few goals to his game but overall he's heading the right way and as I said in the ratings thread, if he carries on like this we're going to have one hell of a player on our hands in the next couple of years.

I wish BC was still on here, so we could ram Sissoko down his fucking throat.

Vertonghen MOTM but Sissoko playing centrally is a massive factor in our strength as a collective.

Massive. Out powered them, over run them, Sissoko at the heart of that.

BC hasn't got to half time yet in his stream.
