Just done my first run in predictor of the year.

1 - City 96pts +76GD
2 - Liverpool 96pts +63GD
3 - Spurs 88pts +44GD
4 - Utd 78pts +30GD
5 - Chelsea 76pts +27GD
6 - Arsenal 73pts +28GD

It's completely in our hands but it is too much of a tall order IMO. We need to beat City, Chelsea and Liverpool away and Arsenal at home to win the title. The above has us beating Chelsea and Arsenal but losing against City and Liverpool. Realistically, we have to win every single remaining game.

Technically, it's not in our hands.

We could win all our games and still finish below Liverpool.

IMO, we don't necessarily have to win at Man City or Liverpool. Most important thing would be not lose either.

The race would be so tight, there is bound to be a lot of twists and turns.

I'm not cheering on city. We are firmly in the title race now so I want both pool and city to lose. Pool have a big game at old Trafford in 2 weeks. We could be 2 points behind them after that weekend

10 points and plus 13 goal difference clear of Chelsea and Arsenal, genuinely there were plenty of times in the last 20-30 years I never thought I’d see this!

Kovacic

Remember when this place was up in arms because we didnt get him?!

I think this just highlights Poch's point about adding to the squad. Neither Kovacic or Gomes would have greatly improved us.

Reminds me of Dembele without the strength or defensive capabilities. Quick feet but adds absolutely nothing to an attack and is a complete passenger in defensive scenarios.

How did I know you would return a post like this but in fairness I never expected us to to get anything there, I think peps city are the best side the premier league has ever seen to date and maybe for a while to come.

Who knows how Kovacic or Barkley would have performed in a settled Spurs team with an established style of play.

Both would improve our squad. You’d have to be very stubborn to maintain otherwise .

I'd still love to have him. That Chelsea team is a mess and Sarri is playing guys in the wrong roles. Kovacic isn't an Eriksen type player and they are asking him to be the creative force in the midfield. He's great in transition between defense and attack but does have the ability to link in the final third. Its just not his strength. We'd be lucky to add him this upcoming summer.

if Palace can win there, I'm sure we can possibly nick a point if all players are fit:whistle:

If that’s the case I hope he continues to have a stinker and we nab him for a knockdown price.

His audition for any move isn’t going well though. Virtually every time I’ve seen him, no matter who he plays for, I come away thinking ‘is that it? I guess he just had a meh game...’

Remember 2009/10 guys nobody fancied us to get CL qualification because we had to play Arsenal and Chelsea at home and City away in the run in ?

We have been so poor this season that at some point we must kick into gear. I’m not saying we will win it but just saying stranger things have happened. COYS

....there's also a good chance Sissoko (and Winks) would not have had a serious opportunity to show us how good he can be. I also don't think Kovacic is as good as people were making out at the time. I think there's better opportunities out there than a loan signing that would have been used as a sweetener to get Eriksen.

I think with Sissoko and Winks being able to to do this very well (transition) I think we purely need a DM and a creative midfielder now.
