Well what I imagine is, he needs to get the train from Sunderland down to Kings Cross for the eurostar, so if we time it right, we don't have to pay for the Sunderland to London train and we can pounce and save 35 quid.

I find your story totally unbelievable. As if Sunderland to London is 35 quid by train.

I listened to Alasdairs Golds 15 minute monologue on what we are doing - https://www.football.london/tottenham-hotspur-fc/news/adrien-rabiot-truth-malcom-bowen-15734848 Give him a click as he works his bollocks off, anyway:

Jack Clarke - Sounds like we are keen and suspects if we do a deal it'll be this month with a loan back
Bowen - we don't fancy paying
Sessegnon - go back in during the summer
Brooks - looked last summer and didn't pull the trigger
Maja - Monitoring heavily but may be heading to Bordeoux but seems to make the most sense
Rabiot - no
Malcom - rubbish
I'd happily bring in Sessegnon and mold him into an attacking fullback/wingback. Fuck 50mil or whatever the quoted fees were though.

Thankfully he hasn't had a fantastic season, but I'm with you I value him as a LB/LWB with great attacking intent but I wouldn't want to spend more than 25-30 at a stretch. I've been hoping Fulham go down all season for this reason.

As we can see with Rose and what Walker used to bring us having dynamic attacking fullbacks adds so much to our game.

He doesn't start every game as it is. Perhaps we should try to tie up a deal for the summer.

No way we get him for £30m tho.

I feel like his stock has fallen a little bit, or maybe I'm saying this because I want him and I'm trying to make him cheap. I don't know much about Clarke either, what I do know is Biesla is basically our managers dad and so I'm hopeful if he's going to sign for a prem club it's us if we want him.

Getting this back on topic, I really like what I have seen of this lad. He's quick, lively and looks to have a decent end product too. Beat his man and whipped in a few dangerous crosses in when they beat Derby the other week. Kind of reminded me abit of the last rapid winger we took from Leeds who didn't turn out too bad. Shame this one will cost more than a mill.

Has he got much of a left foot? He seems to always go outside from the right and inside from the left. I'd worry PL defenders would suss him out pretty quickly. Looks direct which I enjoyed!

Tottenham are in the market for a January signing — but it is likely to be a youngster, rather than a big name.

The only club not to sign a new player in the summer window remain keen on Leeds' Jack Clarke, the 18-year-old winger who is being chased by a host of Premier League clubs, and hope to get a deal done as they view him as one for the future.

Championship leaders Leeds have made it very clear they are not willing to sell before Thursday night's 11pm deadline, so it may be a question of Spurs trying to broker some sort of loan-back agreement for a player they rate highly.

John Cross... 50% good 50% nonce but this seems the first believable transfer piece in a while.
Anybody watch Leeds much to give us a review?
Clearly talented but raw. IMO he needs another full year of playing full time football before he's ready but we all know by then he'd go elsewhere because we'd baulk at the fee.
