Walker, Stones, Sterling, Delph, Barkley and Cresswell (who's delivery has been nothing short of abject) have all been poor IMO. Decent first half hour but up until we got a goal, absolute rubbish thereafter.

Sterling makes a headless chicken look like Pele

You must be watching a different match to me. Especially if you think Cresswells playing :)

Delph was England's best player in the first half.
Chilwell is the left back.
Barkley had a 100% pass accuracy (32/32, 21 in the opposition half), so even if he didn't do enough with it I can't agree that he was poor.
By what criteria exactly has Stones been poor?
Agree on Walker.
By the criteria of letting their goalscorer turn him inside out fifteen times before scoring :D

Kane's hold up play is becoming ridiculously good. The Croats have spent all game getting two hands on him as early as possible and he's still controlled the situation more times than not. So fucking pleased he got the goal and assist he deserved.

Some typical comments from people desperate to stick the boot in, it's been a good performance against and experienced team who reached the World Cup Final.

Really don't know what people expect, we are a work in progress, a young team who are still learning so not everything will be perfect.

Win/lose or draw it's a positive, we are progressing very nicely under Southgate.

It might not be the biggest win ever but it feels good. Say what you want about this nations league but it has created excitement with this game and the one in Spain.

It will a proud moment for these players to be part of the first finals next summer.

So no rest for our players next summer either then, great

It's 2 games mate. We could offset that by not playing post season friendlies (which of course we will still play regardless as its ok for the club to not care about resting our players)

Haha fuck off Lovren!

Love how they're playing the football's coming home song too, which players from every other nation seem to hate :ROFLMAO:

Lingard is growing on me as player. If it was a choice between him or Rashford coming to THFC I’d probably take him.
