Why the fuck not? All the players are shit, we've not played at home for years, we always play shit and pretty much everything is shit. (according to some)
Liverpool fans have been deluding themselves for years, so why shouldn't we dream a little sometimes?
Also, regarding full backs...some of us watched Justin Edinburgh and Dean Austin. Davies doesn't get much love either,
thought he had a good game tonight.

The team responded magnificent today. Sissoko had another good game and lots of involvement. Too bad his solo raid didn't end in a goal. Foyth did good and grabbing us that win was marvelous. Lloris saved our arse in the 91 minute. Hope Trippier is doing alright and I'm looking forward actually to a international break now.
Poch deserves a lot of credit, 2 points off of 1st and a massive injury list players playing who have come back from injury.
If we can get our players back fot and a rhythm going we will be dangerous.
Special mention to Forth and MS, both did bloody well.

One of the biggest criticisms thrown at us is that our squad is weak and one or two injuries will kill us - it’s great to see us grinding out results, with our squad players like Foyth and Sissoko really stepping up whilst others are absent or being nursed back to fitness.
Another huge win today and nice to get it done before the teams above us and the goons play this weekend.
Really hope our lads are spared the international fixtures and can get some rest. Can’t wait until everything clicks!

Really pleased with what I just saw on MOTD.
For Palace's "sitters" I saw a Tomkins header that Hugo would probably have saved if it were on target and an excellent last ditch tackle on Sørloth that for some reason isn't getting a mention despite leaving him with no other option than to put his shot where he did. The idea that we were lucky to win probably comes solely from the fact that Palace were on top at the end of the game. But the chances squandered by Dele and Son, plus the one that just got away from Lamela, don't leave me feeling lucky.
What was also very apparent in the highlights was the press. Almost every clip showed our players going after Palace quickly and in numbers. Things are definitely looking up.

I saw the game and reading different things on the web tonight about our performance. I actually couldn't really fault any single player. Thought we were, to a man, very good value. The weather conditions were abysmal. But everyone put in a proper shift and I enjoyed the game.

Let’s not rewrite history. Sissoko has been poor since he’s been with us up until the last month or two. He’s now got some confidence and it’s coming out in his game. I’m really happy for him.
