If the season ticket hike is paying for this, then surely there won't be much of a refund?

How much is this arrangement likely to have cost?

But we were already scheduled to use more than stadium, why would this change anything unless there was a maximum number of games at each venue

That’s what I mean, at some point does it start being unfair to the rest of the competition if we’re playing at multiple venues? I don’t know, just speculating.

Can I have the difference back that I paid for my Wembley st please.
I think the club will have to compensate the fans properly, not this credit shit. Legally they can't offer a lesser product for the same price as the more expensive one they can't deliver.

I've figured it out!!! Levy wants a do-over on this off-season so he's arranged for the stadium to not open:

Poch HAS to stay then. He is all about the project and the stadium is part of the project! If we don't open the stadium until next year then he'll stay until then!

Repromise Poch the 150M in transfers in summer of 2019
Opening of new stadium on first match of 2019 season

Suddenly a fairly big game against Liverpool has gone from being at our new home ground with 58k yids vs 4K scousers to fucking Wembley where they’ll be 50k yids vs about 20k scousers.

It’s so easy to get a ticket for the Fulham game, Liverpool fans will be all over it assuming it’ll be the same set up.
I can see a lot of people not going to Wembley, no matter who is the opponent.

Pretty exciting personally, thought we'd run out of things to moan about but thankfully the club came through in the end.

Why offer ST holders the opportunity to go gold last week knowing full well what was going on??? Only reason a statements been released is because the press got wind. Communications absolutely woeful! To me the Statement seems more concerned with the NFL than announcing anything regarding the 42,000 ST holders paying the highest prices world football. Embarrassing all round

That's if you class Wembley as a lesser product...

As the City game can’t be moved to Wembley for that weekend (NFL taking place there) then if the new stadium isn’t ready for that the club are in serious trouble with the Premier League. I’d imagine we’re hoping the game can be switched to Manchester but that can then impact on Utd’s fixture as they can’t both play at home on the same day.

It’s not out of the question that we’re getting sanctions from the Premier League for this mess as we might not be able to fulfill that fixture for that weekend. As for what UEFA think about it all...

It’s a mess.
Why can't we play City at Wembley on sat 27th?

Was hoping to see the back of Wembley sooner rather than later. Disappointing news but what can you. I'm not massively bothered about not facing Liverpool there, but no Champions League in the stadium will be really disappointing.

24.06 If, at any time during the season, the UEFA administration deems that, for
whatever reason, a venue may not be fit for staging a match, UEFA may consult
the association and club concerned and ask them to propose an alternative
venue, in accordance with the UEFA requirements. Should such an association and
club not be able to propose an acceptable alternative venue by the deadline set
by the UEFA administration, UEFA may select an alternative, neutral venue. The
club concerned will have to make all the necessary arrangements for the staging
of the match together with the relevant association and local authorities. In both
cases, the costs of staging the match are borne by the home club. The UEFA
administration takes a final decision on alternative match venues in due time.

Might mean we can still say our new stadium is our CL ground if we get away with it just being 1
