Pretty sure he has a social media team - he had a number of PR-type posts last season also.
I hope he is here for the duration, but he faces an uphill battle making it into the starting XI. I expect he'll get plenty of games through rotation though.

Even if he has a PR team, that's a very strange tweet to send out.
Getting Toby back on board would be huge. We would have gone through against Juventus with him IMO.

Give me Toby in the starting lineup over seeing poor old Sissoko any day of the week. 3 at the back is a little negative, but only if you utilise your fullbacks incorrectly.

If we move to 3 at the back Eriksen will have to play deeper. Otherwise Son will lose his spot in the team when returns and that would be a disgrace considering Toby was trying to leave.
