I didn't see that! I was trying to get them to read out my questions but to no avail, was cool to have them interacting a little bit with some fans though. Yeah was definitely good to see Jan and he seemed in good spirits also.

Really proud of us. As the commentator said, the Shitty side was amassed at over 400 million, while our net spend was 1 million over the last 5 years.

where did goals come from & look at other chances.. outside runs to in.. your making the mistake of watching the ball.. look what happens off the ball
The second goal you have a point, but the first? He's 5 yards to the right of the centre circle and plays it over the top. Outside to in? What are you talking about?

City created multiple chances from various areas, many of which were simple balls over the top. They didn't "target" our flanks specifically, they targetted everywhere.

If City play like that every week they win the league, no question in my mind. Their forward players in particular are so good that if you take Silva and Sane out of the game then De Bruyne or Sterling step in and you still have to worry about Aguerro.

We were lucky today in some ways - the pen/red card incident with Walker, the way that they managed to fuck up on 3 v 2 and so on BUT I think most teams would have been utterly destroyed by City today - they worked so hard to stop us and to give their forward players a platform to hurt us and yet we managed a draw. Also they scored two goals from our mistakes. All in all I'm so pleased with Spurs at the moment.

Progress.

One of our worst performances but one of our best results.

City were very good today and on that form I think they'd have beaten most teams. Their plan to deal with us was very effective. Their ploy to have Aguero stand in an offside position to push our defensive line further up the pitch really worked well for them and we couldn't deal with their long passes dropping into space behind our defence for Sane and Stirling to run on to. Their pressing all over the pitch was intense, and they never let us have time on the ball to play it out from the back. They are by far the best team we've played this season.

Despite City's dominance, both City goals came from our mistakes. I think Hugo was unlucky for the first goal as the ball was right on the line when he headed it and he didn't know whether to come for it with his hands or his head and was unlucky that it rebounded off of Sane's hand. The second goal was uncharacteristically poor from him and he should have done much better.

So. 58 minutes gone. We're 2-0 down, away from home to the most expensively assembled team the Premier League has ever seen. The greatest manager in the world has completely dominated us and we haven't even had a shot on target. We look dead and buried. But this team of ours doesn't know how to lay down and die. No. Out of nowhere, we pull a goal back. We get a bit of purpose about us and can smell an equaliser. City aren't done either and they're through on goal, but rather than let them have a third and put the game to bed Walker gives Stirling a push as he's about to shoot, risking it all (penalty, red card, suspension) to keep us in the game. 30 seconds later we're up the other end and some neat intricate play sees Kane set up Son for our second shot on target and our second goal of the game. Boom! **** you City. Our boys have done the unthinkable and come back from the dead to take a point in a game where we never looked like getting anything. The players leave the ground feeling upbeat. It's another game where we're unbeaten and we're still the form team in the league. COYS.

On reflection I'm not sure another team would have lived with City in that mood, in the end though, we did.
Yep. I think it was actually the city that should be with there squad. Obv fired up after Everton. Think it shook us. Poch hasn't had enough congrats for his early changing of formation and bold subs

Both goals may well have been avoided if we had simply had a third CB on the pitch. There was too much space between our defenders for Sane's goal and Sterling's chance. I'd say this is positioning, rather than lack of pace.

When Sterling is running beyond the defensive line at full speed, how many CBs would be able to turn 180 degrees and catch him? I can't think of one!

We must remember were not gonna win every game, we're not gonna be the best team every game, what's important is we pick up as many points as possible. The reason United won so many titles was that they got points even when they were shit. And they done that one a lot of occasions.

He means the runs were 'outside to in', not the balls over the top. Sterling and Sane cut in from the wings and ran between the FB and CB, beyond the defence. When Sane scored, he should have been Walker's man. By running from "outside to in", he caught out the FB whilst also being blind-side of the CB, leaving him unmarked despite Spurs not being outnumbered.

He staarted his run from the centre spot!

Watched the match with our very own @AW?

For me it's a great result. City bossed the first half, then deservedly went in front. Yeah Lloris gifted them both goals, but I'll let him off as he's a legend.

I would have taken a draw at half-time, let alone at 2-0 down. Don't think I've ever cheered so loudly for an offside flag! A great point away from home to a good team. Happy with that.

I finished watching about an hour ago. How we pulled out a point from that match is mindboggling. We were the second-best team for the majority of it and were under intense pressure, but we never gave up and were able to reach deep into the recesses of a very large Tottenham ass and pull out a draw.

This team is special. Very, very special.

I forgot to rave about that Danny Rose tackle on Sterling, mind blowing how with Sterlings pace he pulled that off!!

I'm still surprised that for all their dominance we gifted them both goals and apart from that Hugo was hardly diving left and right saving world class efforts. This is best City have played in Weeks and any other time playing them yesterday would have likely been destroyed.

They'll be chucking another £400 million at it too in the summer I suspect. The wages their players on too are insane. I'd suspect the majority of their team are on over £100k a week.

I didn't see the first half so I think that's where frustrations lie. But I watch it back in parts from when Alli scored, and I think, in the circumstances, we played as well as a team in our position could be expected.

Once it went 2 all, I suspect lots thought we could go on and nick it. That's the measure of where we are now, it's brilliant.

Need to go on another run now though. A point these days isn't enough. Got to keep winning
