Would prefer Berahino or even Austin as they have better premier league scoring records.

This transfer window now has a major whiff of Louis Saha type desperation about it. Would be massively underwhelmed if we and up with either Perez or the youngster from manu as our second main striker. Big day for Danny today.

With the window closing in Europe our options are narrowing. This bid for Perez shows this.If levy is hoping another bid for Berahino is going to be successful he is going to get caught short.Hope this not going to be a fruitless day....

According to 'Wickapedia', this guy can score goals, it's the £15mill. fee that seems way over the top.
As has been said, if we can get Austin for the same ££ it would seem like a way better deal. But really, who knows about Perez?
Maybe our scouting team has unearthed a gem here?

In a way it's a good we did not buy potential dead wood. We have to make do with what we have.
