    We had lightning in a bottle those 3/4 years, and surprise got complacent and didn’t push on. If we did, gods knows where we’d be now. Genuinely believe we’d be THE team in the prem.

    This is it. He don’t APPEAR to have a plan b as of yet. He does need to adjust, he needs to look at not just intergrating but playing some of these lads we have in the u21s. It really can’t get worse than it currently is.
