Kane doesn't seem to be getting game time for Leicester? surely would be better off with our youth/reserves and enjoy some first team training exposure than being on loan witthout game time
there are people who are confident that we will make top four, might as well take advantage of the change in odds
Personally I wouldn't because I am not confident that we will make CL football but those who are should take the odds now (if we beat Everton I suspect they'll revert given that...
If Defoe scores 6 more goals for the club he will be our 5th leading scorer of all time
Really at the start of 2013 that target looked pretty easy, it's still gettable but with his injury and poor form it is looking increasingly likely that he could be sold on in the summer stuck as the 8th highest
Arsenal and Chelsea's odds of finishing top four have been slashed on the back of Bale's injury while we are odds against for the first time in a while
Those of you confident we'll still do it are probably looking at a good time to put your money with your mouth is because if we beat Everton...
no it wasn't
He came on and scored, we then went on the ultra defensive sitting back and allowing Norwich to attack us (which they then had to do) and they scored a laste equaliser
Cancelling out Dembele's goal
1 time
The Norwich goal on his debut was almost important but it was soon cancelled out anyway
His only important goal (his only other goal) was the one in Lyon which got us through the Europa round and didn't impact out race for fourth (what this thread is about)
I can't remember him...
YEa I always expect there to be goals in him but I am not so sure there is, history does't suggest so anyway
2 goals for us now? 5 for Fulham the whole time he was there (60 odd games), 1 in 5 in the Dutch league and 5 in 45 for his country
While every now and then he strikes the ball so...
They seemed much more of a team than we did, much more slick with their movement and seemed to have actual tactics
I never see us making cohesive movements and runs from corners and set plays to pull opposing defensives out of position and set up a free header for our player from the set piece...
Yea Dutch league being a perfect example of how you really need to be able to scout player skill/ability/suitability above and beyond what the stats say on paper
For example there's a big difference between the suitability of Suarez with his 81 goals from 110 games for Ajax and Kezman's 105...
how was Souleymane Coulibaly doing in our youth ranks before his loan? I know many had high hopes for him due to his exploits in the world cup of his age group and I recall he impressed for us against Inter? (though I am not sure of that) he's not scored in 6 appearances on his loan in Italy...
