It also stops the ‘smaller’ clubs trying to spend more than they can afford and not become the next reading ect. United can’t buy because of FFP neither can Newcastle, city have 115 charges.

If Forest gets into financial trouble, I hope we go for their striker Awonyi - he is the real deal.
His Goal contribution is 18 (15 goals 3 assist) in 1.5 season - he has had groin surgery. If he recovers well from his groin trouble, and plays with better player, he is a kind of striker that will score plenty.
At Union Berlin, previous season had 25 goal contribution. His xG conversion rate is one of the best.

If there’s point deductions Everton surely don’t get it this season though right? I mean as people said above it’s for two different periods? So surely if they’ve been deducted 10 already this season they would deduct the other ten for the start of next season?
