You don't get awarded defender of the year in Serie A if you're no good. I agree he's had too many bad moments this season but there's clearly a very good player in the who needs the right coaching.

Mason supporters still think he is the right fit serious question ? In my opinion i think we need more experienced manager to sort out this mess of a team.
