It's Conte's team with Conte's man in charge. Total change needed
Keep hearing this and I expect as long as things are bad it'll keep on being his fault. For the last few months there have been plenty on here demanding a 4-3-3. Well we got it today and were 5-0 down in 20 minutes.
Sky just said Levy has gone to the spurs dressing room. Has he no shame? He should be in hiding. This is ultimately his fault.
Levy has gone full Todd Boelhy?

'Respecting' players like Lloris and Dier is a massive reason we are where we are, they should have been replaced years ago.
It’s all about succession planning before it becomes an emergency.

Lloris has given a decade of service to the club and for that he deserves our respect.

That doesn’t mean he can’t be dropped/replaced.

Fucking shameful performance. If there ain't an apology and money back to the travelling fans, it'll be another low from the club.

They have to get someone in place before the summer. Wait till then, and no half decent manager is gonna want to be a part of this mess. It's only getting worse.
People said the players looked nervous\stressed under Conte, now we just look shambolic.
I think this shows how much of a feat getting us top 4 last season was.

Haha gone to talk about his O levels and how he thought he'd failed his finals at Cambridge but came out with a first to try and motivate them to believe 4th is still on.

There are two major factors here.

The first and definitely worse factor is the poor running of club on player side by Levy and the board.

The second is we never drop players when they’re off form so keep putting them out every game hoping they‘ll somehow be better than previous games.

Dier, Lloris, PEH, Son, they get rolled out every game no matter how poor they’ve played. And Moura kept being bought on as first choice sub??

Forster did well when he came in but then dropped straight away, Danjuma has looked positive and would have freshened things up and we’ve not tried any alternatives to Dier - granted this is also down to shit recruitment at centre back but we could have even changed back three to have Romero in middle and tell other two centre backs to sit deeper.

If a player is playing shit they need to be benched and work to get back in side, not keep playing them in hope of the, hitting some form.

Well, what can you do when the 343 is just as bad?
I wouldn’t bet against that this wouldn’t have happened with with a 3 at the back.

How many more managers and false dawns do we need to go through before we accept it's the ownership that's the problem.

Definition of madness...keep doing the same thing expecting a different result!
