Don't get me wrong he has regressed but I hope we respect him for his commitment to our club.

What does that mean though? He needs moving on, if that involves telling him he is surplus to requirements then so be it. Obviously we should thank him for his service but there is no room for sentimentality.

Bentancur and Kane have really been the only consistently good players this season.

Kane unfortunately has seemed pretty disinterested in the club since the end of Jose's tenure though and looks to just be running down his contract.

So really there is one player at the club that I'd be sorry to see go. Says a lot about our squad.

The maddening thing for me is that the two drawn games v Southampton and Everton plus losing to Bournemouth instead of a win would have had us in 3rd place. But it’s Spurs.

And if we’d just scored 20-odd more goals today we’d have been top 4

Really cant stand that bloke on Sky, David Jones is it? Thinks hes one of the lads, arsehole. Said its a scoreline that needs brackets, forgive me if im wrong but ive never ever seen anything under 7 need brackets, although sky will likely make an exception as its us lol

Aaahhh…..the good old days…….
Actually they were good days. We were down after missing out on the title so got thrashed but the club was on an upward trajectory. We had a plan and a quality manager with exciting football. We still finished 3rd that season.

Sun came out here just as our match ended.
And we think god is against us.

He has a plan for us and it's name is Slot! :cautious:

I actually think we should offer the job on a time share basis.
then the players schedule could look like this.

Monday, morning: Kompany for double Defending. Afternoon, Spanish with Eric Dier.
Tuesday, Morning: Naggelsman, for triple attack. Afternoon, German With Eric Dier.
Wednesday, Morning: Slot for Overloads and diagonal progressive passing. Afternoon, Elven with Eric Dier.
Thursday, Stellini, PE. (no kit = pants and vest)
Friday. Mufty day watching videos with Poch.
Please note, Eric Dier, Cuti Romero, Hugo Lloris and PEH are all due for detention for persistent tardiness.

Yeah he needs moving on but he has been part of our club for the last 10 years being one of the best keepers in the league in some seasons.

I think the fans need to recognise the service he has given us and don't reflect on these last couple of seasons as his legacy.
