Both are plodders need bents and bissouma back as soon as poss
I don’t disagree we need Bentancur and Bissouma back, but we set them up to fail by playing a shit formation that guarantees they’ll be swamped and overrun every single game. I think there’s a decent player in Skipp but every other team plays 3 in there and we somehow keep playing the same team with the hope of a different outcome. Absolute madness

Just got home and what a shit day out it's been. Bournemouth deserved to win as we were shit and just threw the kitchen sink at it at the end.

Subbing Sanchez on and then off (presumably due to the wankers in the crowd booing) should be a sackable offense. Bringing him on and continuing to try to play out from the back is a known disaster but to then yank him out because it was unpopular is shameful. Any dregs of confidence must now be absolutely gone.

If you were there and were booing our own players then I think you really need to take a long look at yourself and think about what a supporter is.
He wasn’t taken off because he was getting booed. Our idiot manager, having once again given the opposition all the encouragement they needed, had to bring on a forward to try and rescue the game. Sanchez was by far the worst defender on the pitch, so he had to be hooked.

I knew the moment Sanchez came on it wasn't going to end well. That said, those booing the man should be embarrassed .

Yea I agree but if we’re playing a 3 we need someone more attack minded with bents and biss rather than skipp.

Anyone booing Sanchez is a f#cking idiot. We talk about whether the players, chairman or manager are the main problem but some of our 'supporters' are top of the list when it comes to problems with this club.
Mate it actually made me feel ashamed for being a Spurs fan. I don’t want to be associated with them. If you go on Twitter it’s absolutely foul what some people are posting. Disgusting really.

Just about to get on my train from Paddington to the south west and I honestly don’t know where to start!

Bournemouth’s equaliser was avoidable, Dier was so hesitant in the first instance with who to pass it sideways to: all he needed to do was launch it forward!

Bizarre how we didn’t go for the kill after Sonny’s goal at 1 nil.

We all know Sanchez is limited to put it lightly but this guy shouldn’t be a premier League player.

I could hear more Levy out chants than ones for Poch.

A desperate state of affairs with throwing on Danjuma & Richie too little too late and seemed clueless from Stellini.

Hate to say it the cherries deserved to win: we are a complete mess.

Whatever the reason - it's calamitous man-management.

So, we start with 3-4-3 meaning beeing overrun in the midfield. We get the chance to make a change in a comfortable situation, and remain with this, but subbing on a player that should not be close to beeing in the squad. We could have subbed on sarr and had better control of the game.

Later on we decide to go gung ho and leaving the midfield further exposed. With one midfielder, two centre backs and two full backs more suited to play wingers.
What could go wrong?

Yes, we created lots, but the ass biting inevitable was coming.

If we crushed them, it would have been a mason/stellini masterstroke, but it was a punt. Against Bournemouth you don't need to do punts. You need to take control, and we would be capable if the right switches were made.

This was an awful watch.

If you can cheer players when they do well, you can boo players when they have a shocker. That’s just the way it goes, and I’d like to think he’s man enough to take it. If he’s not; well, that’s kinda the problem at Spurs. Soft touch, crumble under pressure.
Ridiculous.

If you were a player and the 'support' booed you, will you want to play for the shirt?
Will you even have the belief?

Yep. Same bunch of morons who booed Royal who, it turns out, was and is our best fb all along.

Feel for Dav but the blame is all on Stellini and Mason for that

Anyone still willing to criticise Conte for calling out our shit players and shit mentality?!

We all have different views on Conte and whether he should have been appointed or was he backed enough etc etc. But people criticising him for calling out our spineless players - who fundamentally are not good enough to play for Tottenham Hotspur - really boiled my piss at the time.

Conte - and Mourinho before him - whatever their faults - were 100% speaking the truth and were 100% right to publicly say it.

I'll criticize Conte and Mourinho for sucking the joy out of football for the fans. I presume it's a pretty miserable experience for the players too being micro managed into playing such turgid stuff and repeating the same badly flawed approach time after time after time. They've made an average bunch of players into an absolute basket case of a team.

Right I'm back from the game and so some thoughts. I thought we started, after the first five minutes, on the front foot and were playing forward at every opportunity and I'd just said to the guy next to me that I'd not seen us putting the ball in the opposition box since I can't remember when. Sure enough we scored and guess what? We fell back gave them the ball and let them play with it. Lenglet going off shouldn't be a game changer as he really ain't that good but instead of going to a back four like seemingly everyone around me thought we ought we brought on the sub and moved Romero out of his best position on the right. What followed was never in any doubt.
Eventually we did go to a back four taking off Sanchez for a forward, Danjuma and moving Romero back to where he should have stayed all game, and we really took the game to them deserved the equaliser and paid for going for the winner with the last minute losing goal.
A bloody poor result and I'm mostly pissed off with the coaching staff who made the poor decisions.
We should have just gone at them full on right from the start, a bunch of championship journeymen and we made them look good.

It’s not shocking to me that we continually dish up this dross regardless of who is in charge. Players behave like that and then expect us fans to pay stupid money to watch them when it could be spent elsewhere. I’m sick of the whole set up anyone who thought retaining Stellini and Mason is deluded. Any new manager will again have 2nd thoughts when they watch this shit. We will end up with a no hoper who probably lost his last job because his team behaved exactly the same way our players have recently

That's not fair. Coaches were roundly criticized for bringing Sanchez on to play on the left. So, they tried something different. It did not work - but if they put Sanchez on the left, everyone would have complained.

Sanchez is devoid of confidence, from a lack of minutes, and from some tough outings. He is a nervous bundle wherever he plays right now. Even the center position is dubious - given his propensity to misjudge balls in the air.
In which case why compound the mistake by weakening the right side and the left side.

On another note, Conte’s (and Stellini’s) stubborn refusal to even consider Danjuma looks more one-eyed and ridiculous with every appearance he makes. From what I’ve seen, he could definitely have helped us out in a number of games since January

Assuming Lenglet is injured I’d imagine we will be forced to play 4 at the back. Can’t see him bringing Sanchez in after today.

I’d sack off Stellini & let let Ledley try - given mason is on leave soon?? -
Shirley it can’t be worse?
id suggest that Harry will go bar some miracle appointment.

The boo-boys on Sanchez? Pathetic… turn yer ire on levy if you need to vent

34 years following us home and away as an STH but today was the last straw for this season. I won’t be going again this season.

Everything we do is by design and that design is to build an ENIC sports, entertainment and property business not a football club. After years of mismanagement on the footballing side, our chickens have come home to roost.
In a nutshell the way it is unfortunately and can’t see it changing, football a small part to a much bigger picture for them.
