This is like politics . I hate both sides

I'm Levy and Conte out. We deserve so much better than this mess.
Quite simply put and very true: I am also in this category. Just no point getting angry over the whole debacle. From the very top, players just everything at the club at the moment doesn’t match the fans passion. Also, if it’s a mentality thing as highlighted by numerous former managers what the heck is going on with our sports psychologist(s) and also our squad fitness? Conte said what we’ve all been saying / feeling with the whole shit show at the club but obviously it’s more frustrating coming from him and pot, kettle, black etc.

Sorry, but elite managers don’t go out of the FA cup with a whimper against a makeshift Sheffield side. Levy didn’t bench Harry Kane for a vital game, Levy didn’t play Moura over Danjuma through stubbornness, Levy didn’t continue to play Son despite incredibly poor form etc. etc.

I really do think your obvious dislike for Levy clouds your objectivity at times.
I think that a front three of Son, Richarlison and Moura backed up by players with the right attitude should beat Sheffield Utd reserves even if I was in charge.

Son (in his golden boot winning season), Kane and Kulusevski (in the form of his life at Spurs) all started away to Middlesborough in the FA Cup last year - who should Conte have started in that match to avoid us getting knocked out by a lower league side?

First post but I had to get involved tonight, glad he called the players out. Their attitude is pathetic. Yes some of it sits with him but that bottle job performance is oh so familiar. It’s painful watching this, give me effort and desire and I can overlook a lot but we really are ‘Spursy’

"Until now I try to hide the situation but not now because, I repeat, I don't want to see what I have seen today because this is unacceptable and also unacceptable for the fans."
We all know about our ownership and its not good. But here he is just simply absolving himself. sometime other club history is better than us sometimes fans and now this. We play in a shit style. we lost against the teams whose players not good enough for our bench. Why he is saying this now and why not earlier. Is this because he got found out that he is not elite manager and he can work when he has top players and game a week? Its no wonder his record is so bad in CL because hi is not the elite manager everyone think he is. He is just trying to use failure of ownership and our past to protect his reputation.

We have got to be more realistic and focused on what we are as a club too.

We will never compete for the top players when they are at their peak. Casemiro for instance would never have considered going to us over Manchester United. We lack the wages and the prestige. We get top players by buying them in/bringing them through and developing them. Unfortunately we seem to have stumbled around with a succession of 'get rich quick' style managers and we find ourselves in the current position.

Conte is both right and wrong with his outlook. We cannot be a top side on any sort of regular basis whilst whole countries can buy and run elite football clubs. We may have the occasional season whilst other teams are struggling, but we are broadly going to exist between about 4th and 7th in the Premier league. To Conte this is probably loser talk, whereas in reality that is where we stand against the opposition. We cannot pay Man Utd, Chelsea and Man City wages. We shouldn't even try.

What we need is a club that is attempting to improve everything on the football side and work together with whatever money is available. For that to happen we need Levy to take a back seat and to get the right football people for our needs.
I think that’s balls in regards to Casemiro. We are playing CL and United aren’t. We have a better stadium and better training facilities, we could be the future, but we chose not to be. We have Conte they have ETH. Right now we have more pulling power than United, but sadly we didn’t use it and they will take over us again.

You start with your strongest side including Kane, then take the big hitters off when you’ve won the game by half time.

People only need to look at Arsenal as the case study.

Last season: Complete mental fragility from players and coach. Could not get over the line even if their lives depended on it.

This season: Same coach, same system, same approach, but you add 2 players from a team with peak winning mentality (not even world class players just very good) and you have a new mentality that starts to raise the bar

He's not wrong though. Fans have been calling out Dier & Hojbjerg for years. Fuck all has been done about them and that's on Levy.
Don’t be ridiculous. Dier was a good Cb last year, and he isn’t this year. Hojbjerg is an ok CM who gives his all, whatever he is it’s not selfish. conte doesn’t have to pick him every week regardless of form.

I read it somewhere maybe it was bullshit. I hope it was.

I suspect it's made up, with a fair chance it could turn out to be accurate. Not sure who ' Sport ' are but they don't sound overly convincing.

It's a bit rich of Conte to say the players are selfish and playing for themselves.... That's the exact same criticism I would aim at him.

Is he trying to win for spurs? Is he bollox. He's out for himself and Jo I e else.

He tried to deflect into the fans last week, it didn't work. Now he's calling out the players and the board.

He is not wrong though

I would say Trix has historically been objective about Levy until this season, and often vocal about what Levy has brought to the club. I'm not trying to act like an ITK brown-nose but tbh his past comments give context and weight to what he is communicating to us now.

Everybody was in full agreement in the window that Conte NEEDED to be backed by Levy. WHY are we so surprised Conte's football isn't working now?

It really does sound like Conte wants out so I need convincing that we need him to stay until the end of the season.

Do we? There were plenty of fans calling for Jol, Redknapp and Poch out thinking we could do better.

You should always be careful what you wish for.

Look at Leeds. Look at Everton.
Poch hadn't won an away game in almost a calendar year. Yeah I think it was time
