Perfect time to activate the option for the extra year imvho
if you want to leave you have to buy out your contract
Perfect time to activate the option for the extra year imvho
I would be staggered but honestly, who can say with this club?!TBH after todays comments you'd have to think he won't be in charge when we next play.
And do what?
Every fan knows Levy is an issue. So as A&C says re: Conte. Great. Now what? We all know Levy is an issue. We don't have to keep being told approximately every 92 seconds the next manager, and the one after, and the one after that is going to run into the same issues. We know. We get it. So now what? A 50 person protest? A few chants at games?
Yeah that'll show Levy alright.
Honestly :sigh:
Listen from 4th minute on, he is 100% calling out the players more than he is Levy. And I agree with him!
Spurs media like Ali Gold, Dan Kilpatrick, Charlie Eccleshare, Jack Pitt-Brooke etc. constantly dig out the manager as soon as things go wrong and never once question if the players are good enough.
It's become quite clear, as Conte says, that it doesn't matter one bit who the manager is because the players just aren't good enough! They dont have the ability, the heart, the mindset or the balls to win anything!
Please god
this finally sinks in with people and we sent a huge chunk of these players packing, as we wont get anywhere with them

Heās so right. I know it hurts to hear, but look whatās happened the last 20 years! Some things he is saying is true, but a lot of it is also just pure deflection of blame. I 100% accept that there must be something wrong with the mentality of the club coming from the top, 20 years with 1 minor cup win...
But the idea that this performance or the general crap football this season is a result of "eleven selfish players" is pure nonsense of the highest order. Harry Kane is selfish? Like I said, nonsense.
Yes i agree it is partly his fault for his defensive tactics BUT the common link that always appears when we throw away leads like this every season is the untouchable PLAYERS..... they are weak mentally. Its never his fucking fault is it.
If he is still here for the Everton game it will confirm that Levy is more interested in money than footballI would be staggered but honestly, who can say with this club?!
I see a selfish manager that only cares about himself and HIS success and reputation.
What the heck does he know what was in the past. There is probably truth in something but he is a way bigger problem for us than some think. Conte does not want to commit, is only blaming others and speaks like he is doing us a fkn favour being here.I donāt think so. Unless you want it to sound like that. Sounds to me and lots of people heās saying what lots of people have been saying for years.
I 100% agree with the idea that Levy and the club management is at fault but at the same time think Conte is making it worse. Mourinho and Conte are the wrong type of managers for Spurs. Levy fucking up another appointment is on him, but what can we do about it beyond not spending money on the club (and I did that years ago)?
No Poch, that's historywe need to avoid managers who think they are biggest than the club.
we need a manager on the up and up as poch was.
Most clubs appoint a CEO to operate and oversee everything whilst the owners are less hands-on and just set the standards. This has probably been mentioned and discussed before but you see chairmen/women and board members get votes of no confidence which can result in them getting the bootā¦ is it different at football clubs as the board and Levy appear to be untouchable.
To trivialise the whole āwhose fault is it?ā debate.
Levy is a big part of the problem but AC isnāt without blame. The football weāve been subjected to this season has been fucking horrible.
We have no identify (unless sit-back and concede is an option) and which players has he actually developed in 18months?
Not to mention some of the weird āman managementā aspects weāve seen with the new signings.
Bissouma & Richarlison were two tailor-made signings ready to improve our first 11. Both have been managed poorly imo.
Well no but for me Iām done, my last game was against Milan and Iāll sell my season ticket next season if contes not here.
Stopped being enjoyable a long time ago.
