The "Fucking" element of your comment wasn't actually needed.Just fucking let him go, I said it before, this is the perfect opportunity to spin it as a mutual agreement due to health reasons.
Pay him, let him get better and we can start to look to the future, it's so obvious he won't be here in the summer, we're just delaying the inevitable.
I'd agree but only if we have the next guy lined up ready to go now, and we are intending to build with him and have a plan of how to do so. I know it's not been great of late, but at the same time I do not want us to be pinning our remaining season hopes on Ryan Mason again. That's not a slight on Mason btw, it's just too soon for him.Just fucking let him go, I said it before, this is the perfect opportunity to spin it as a mutual agreement due to health reasons.

Let the conspiracy theories commence!

Love for our club? Eh? Based on what? You can question a ton about Conte but his passion and love for the game and our club is undeniable.
‘No timeframe’ on his return ??
I heard this morning that Poch has been contacted by both Leeds and Southampton over the last couple of weeks and flat out wasn't interested in either, one of which offered him a contract until the end of the season.I agree. I don't think that any of our targets are willing to start until the summer (including Poch), otherwise we probably would have relieved him of his duties by now with a mutual termination
He's not coming back. Wish him well, hope he gets the rest he needs. He's clearly a workaholic and a mandated rest might be good for him.‘No timeframe’ on his return ??
Lol do you realise how bad the optics would be on that…. You would leave yourself open to severe employment issuesJust fucking let him go, I said it before, this is the perfect opportunity to spin it as a mutual agreement due to health reasons.

It's all about reputation management now. Levy and Conte will both be happy with that outcome or him saying at end of season he wants to go back to Italy given the tough year he's had (which is undeniably true). How long before "We have mutually agreed to terminate Antonio's contract as he takes the time needed to recover. Ryan Mason will assume first team duties for the remainder of the season. We wish Antonio well."?

Whether that means he's not interested in taking a team in a relegation scrap, not willing to take any team mid season, or all ready has something lined up is anyone's guess, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't the latter tbh.
