It is pretty funny tbf. Only Spurs.Tottenham might be an absolutely embarrassing shambles.
but they’re my embarrassing shambles.
Up the fucking Spurs. Don’t know why we believe it’ll ever be any different.
Assume that them only announcing this now is because they needed to confirm the Porro signing before they released one of our RWBs. Seems logical in terms of process but just amateur with it all being so last minute. Chain of events of Doc being released and going to AM may have been lined up for a couple of days now waiting to get PP over the line. This coupled with Sporting confirming the HB signing does seem to signal good news that Porro is done.Did spurs actually announce it was a loan for doc? Seems only Romano said it was a loan based on the stuff in the doc thread.
You seem to be stating as a fact that the club didn't know the transfer rules. Is that based on one ITK saying he "wouldn't be surprised" if they found out from this forum. Doesn't sound like a fact to me.Not knowing transfer rules is a shambles and in any normal office job a balls up you’d be fired.
not addressing any cbs again is also poor imo
The bloke in your profile picture would be a good start. There is only one person that needs terminating…
The point though mate is that you are a fan who takes a n interest, these people are literally paid a lot of money to know this shit. What’s funny is a forum of work-shirking transfer-fanatic football fans didn’t know anything about this either. Yet it’s OH MY GOD THIS IS THE MOST OBVIOUS THING EVER.
Yeah it’s not great - or at least not presented well - but I’d like to consider myself well informed on this sort of stuff and had no clue about it.
It's not your job to know about it though, whereas surely someone at the club, anyone, is paid to be on top of shit like this? What’s funny is a forum of work-shirking transfer-fanatic football fans didn’t know anything about this either. Yet it’s OH MY GOD THIS IS THE MOST OBVIOUS THING EVER.
Yeah it’s not great - or at least not presented well - but I’d like to consider myself well informed on this sort of stuff and had no clue about it.
I heard about it about an hour ago and apparently its a recent change. Still though, they’re a multi-million business dealing with multi-million pound assets.
We’ll always have the two-month period under Conte where he was good until Matty Cash clamped himStop crying over Doherty let’s be honest about it most of you thought he was good enough for us.
Or how about not wasting another 3m or 4m of club funds (terminating) , when you just wasted 30 day’s negotiating the same cost for your no1 target .Tottenham fans:
«Pay the extra 5 mill Levy, you cheap bastard!»
Also Tottenham fans:
«What, you terminated Doc’s contract instead of selling him for a bag of crisps!? This club is a disgrace!»
How about not jumping to conclusions, just this once…
What decision has been made here that you disagree with?
Absolutely…and I’ll be keeping a picture of his clown like face there until he is.The bloke in your profile picture would be a good start.
Yes exactly.
The people trying to form the counter argument in here aren't really paying attention to why people aren't happy with this.
I dont think noise is about Doherty. Its about how badly we are run...for a club which is supposed to be well run club. All the haggling fee over Porro. we lost the loan fee & transfer fee on Doc...Stop crying over Doherty let’s be honest about it most of you thought he was good enough for us.
