We’ve been lucky with injuries to the front three this season. We need more depth like Liverpool and City. Dybala is perfect.

Imagine us chasing games and were able to field something like in Man city's 4-1-4-1 formation.

Kane
Son Eriksen Kulusevski Dybala
Skipp/Bentacur
Sessegnon Dier Romero Maehle

What a ridiculous prospect, and it would put us right up their imo.
Tbf having 12 men probs would help us

Buying Dybala would restrict time for Kulusevski - But then, we will seriously competing across 4 competition - so would love to bring him in.

First hurdle -we need to cross on Sunday. After that, its down to Paratici

All people talking about playing time. Next season we will be in 4 comps and we can now make 5 subs. Those extra 2 subs will mean a lot more game time. Will mean when a couple up can give kane a rest for 10-15mins. Will be a monumental shift to squad dynamics. Also I think Trix was saying he prefers the other options to Dybala but the other options move things about. I assume that means if we signed pricey options in the forward slot it could mean moving down the list for the other options. Dybala Eriksen and Johnstone on frees would be unbelievable business and solve so many issues within our squad. Let's win Sunday and see what the summer brings.

It would enable us to rest Kane or Son or rotate the squad, which is ultimately what we need.

I support it on a free as long as his wages aren’t stupid, and would prefer him to Lautaro considering how much the latter would cost. However, I don’t think he’s the profile (left footed, excels in similar zones and at the same angles as Kulu) we need and at 28 he’s probably not going to get any better.
Son is better at 28/29 than he was before. Players come into their prime around 28-32. As for playing the same position as Kulu surely you’d rather them two fighting for position than Lucas.

Absolute no brainer. Would provide quality across the front three. I also don’t see much of a conflict in also signing Eriksen. Dybala is actually younger than I had thought, at only 28. His style of play is intelligent and skillful, that he would continue producing even as he gets older and loses a yard of pace. We could get a good 5+ years out of him of pure quality.

Liverpool have the potential for a quadruple partially because when they had Salah, Mane and Firmino, they went ahead and signed more forward quality in Jota and Diaz. City has similar strength in depth.

Well, Romano is saying currently no talks between Spurs and Dybala.

I do like Romano but he doesn't know every chat that take place between agents. I'm sure we've at least informally logged an interest, as have many clubs probably, and once the season is done, and the lay of the land is official we'll move, or not.

I think he would have a similar impact to VdV and would be a cult hero instantly.

Imagine if we had Dybala and Eriksen as options right now?! We can get both for free this summer and that would be an insane start to the window.

It would give us much more flexibility with our budget for the wingbacks and CBs.

Even if it took him a little while to get used to the PL, you could play him in Europe without any hesitation.

Absolute no brainier.
Agreed wing backs are the area we need to blow the budget on if required.

Signing Dybala, and Eriksen for that matter, would be a fine start to the summer without even addressing the most obvious gaps in the squad, the wingbacks worthy of Conte's ambition.
It certainly wouldn't hinder that quest either.

Be interesting to see the alternatives if they ever are made known, I can't think any other current player I'd prefer to him.
